It went well! He was really nice. I mostly just remember him asking about my support system. I told him I had my husband and family rooting for me, so he was happy for me and not concerned at all. It was pretty chill. :)
@@jessicadavis5871 yes! My mom was able to come and stay the night with me. I don’t know if things have changed since I went, but I’m guessing you’d still be allowed a visitor :)
Also how quick was the process since you didn’t have to meet with the surgeon 6 times? All I have left to do before I meet with Dr. Bovard again is the psych evaluation and cardiac test. Endoscopy will be scheduled when I meet with him at the end of this month.
@@jessicadavis5871 all in all, it took 4 months from when I first started with him to when surgery was scheduled. Started meeting in January and surgery was originally booked for April 10th. But due to COVID, it got pushed to may 22

Do they drug test you
They do a series of blood tests. I do believe they check for smoking but I’m not 100% sure.
