What was special on the asr10 is that you can sample a long phrase and for chops you don’t have to copy to a new file. The chop start point refers to that one file on each chop. The fx are also amazing. And if you pitch all across they keys every pitch sounds musically not technically perfect like a DAW do nowadays.
@@n-spiredno way, you still have an eps?! wow! i had one from 1995 to 98, then switched to the asr-x. i sold the eps, wish i hadn't. i agree, the sound is just so pure, with tons of effects & options. i've tried making beats while staring at a laptop sized screen, it doesn't feel right to me.
