How much of a fucking beast is Jas to straight go back into a situation that gave her a panic attack??!!
For those who don't understand what it feels like to have a panic attack: it's like having a heart attack; you think you are dying right there.
Jas you are an inspiration to me.

When I saw what 17.5 was I knew it was made for you. I thought your strategy would be to keep it fast but steady. In my opinion, I think you should do it one more time, I think you can do it under 9 minutes. You did smash it and congrats! Thank you for bringing cross fit and so much more into our homes. Go Jas! And no matter what score you get, you are an inspiration for just trying to do your best (which is way above average as it is). This next year will bring you where you want to be.

Been there Jas... I had an panic attack during 16.5 last year. Feels like the whole world is collapsing, eventhough you know it's just a workout. Good luck for the re-do and just know that you're gonna be so much stronger after you've conquered this one!

Craig, I am watching this vlog after doing the workout and spending the remainder of the day laying around feeling shitty and disappointed at myself and my performance but to hear Jas say she had a breakdown during 17.5 helped me realize that I wasnt the only one who dealt with adversity during it and im sure there were other people who felt similar at one point or another in the open this year. really appreciate the motivation that you and Jas have given me throughout this year from the last open and this video just reignite the fire under my ass to hunker down and work on my weaknesses for next year. thanks again and cheers mate. #WeDontQuit

I started watching your Vlog last year on your road to the Open series and all I can say..what a difference a year makes. Epic job on 17.5 Craig. That one was no joke..just all moving and no room to breathe! Jas, I know you'll kill it tomorrow on your re-do, just attack it like you've done with all other wods...with excitement, and a smile. Great job guys.

DaKe27 They have hat forms, plastic cage contraptions, you can put your caps in the wash and they won't get yanked out of shape. Wash in cool water with light soap and air dry to prevent shrinking. Cheers!

Time again to compare the old body building you and your current you. I have to say Woooo. Of course the body building gym attitude in no way compares to crossfit anyway. Achievement, competition, excitement and enthusiasm in crossfit far exceeds the rep and obsession of body building.

You have to repeat Craig! I know u can cut another 30 secs off if u pace ever so slightly slower so never break on thrusters and Du's. That will make a huge difference in standings and only an 8 and half minute workout!
