for anyone who works 9-5 or longer, i did 75 hard last year and didn’t miss a single checklist item. i work 4-5 days a week, 10-12 hours each day, with a 1 hour commute each direction. during 75 hard i also moved out of my apartment, went on one 15 hour road trip, and a 5 day lake vacation. i also saw my partner almost every day. you can do it!!
💯 this is going to be my third time completing it. I study part time I have a full-time job and I’m committed to many people in my life including my boyfriend and my family. Doing all the tasks in one day takes about two hours of your day, so just get off your phone lol.😅
@@balancebymikaylayou’re amazing! and yes i agree, it only takes about 2 hours. the energy required is only as much as you need! I’m on day 13 of my second time 🤭
Congratulations on completing the 75 Hard ! I did 75 soft at the end of last year and found building a spreadsheet to track each of the rules worked well. It held me accountable and i loved ticking off the rules as i passed them each day ! ❤
She didn’t complete 75 hard, she completed 75 soft. Reducing the water intake by half the required amount is not 75 hard… and it takes credit away from the intensity of the challenge and those who truly complete it. Yes, she did amazing, but it is what it is.
I’m planning on starting January 1. Between now and then I’m doing a trial run so that I know where I need to make adjustments so I can minimize any potential setbacks. So I’ll be working on my meals and workouts. I go to the gym 3 days a week so the other 11 workouts per week I’ll be incorporating yoga, walking and running. Some can argue that I cud just start now, but I want to do this and avoid the potential of having a setback and having to start over.
Congratulations I am currently doing the live hard program, I completed my first 75 hard in 2022, and it is life changing 🎉 also thank you for sharing about period tools 🛠️ for the girls ❤
Just a thought if you have issues cooking meat because of touching it raw, highly recommend getting an Instant Pot or similar appliance. I have lots of issues touching raw meat, and it is super helpful because I just buy frozen meat and dump it in with some seasonings and liquid and start it. It comes out cooked, lift out with tongs or whatever and portion out into meal prep containers or onto plates. I love doing teriyaki chicken or beef and broccoli (dump in frozen veg and stir into the hot liquid on sautee for a few minutes or put on steam at 0 minutes so it just cooks for a couple minutes). Or even just plain chicken to go in other stuff then cooking rice in the broth.
@@hanxrenee no i think the red can add some character in the room, maybe just the wall behind the bed and the other one stay that white or a beige color can look cool.
The reason I don't do 75 hard is cuz you have to drink 4 litres (!!!) and take progress picture daily. It's just too excessive. Also, if you fail even one single thing you have to start over. And if I'm gonna do a challenge, I'm gonna follow the rules to a T.
The 75 HARD challenge is also so vague, like. What the hell it means "follow diet", what is counted as cheat meal. What type of workout... It just vague. And unsustainable, who can workout 90 minuts every day, without no rest days and who can posibly drink cca 4 litres of water (i used to drink that much when i have problem down there after my doctor recommended it, but my piss was literally crystal clear which isn't good thing. Long term, it can harm your kidneys)
That's why it says it's for 1% . Not everyone should do it neither everyone can People who have to remove all excuses behind them can only complete it. Beside if you fail one day and starting over isn't about making you a failure . It's about starting over till you actually completed it .. and starting over won't take your progress away . 4 litre of water becomes normal for your body less then a week. It's beneficial af , give it a try before already saying you cant. Taking pictures everyday requires 5 minutes or less . Like 3 minutes lol . If you really want something bad af all of these excuses goes away.
@@Boywholearns "4 litre of water becomes normal for your body less then a week." no it doesn't, unless you are really big. You don’t have to drink 4 litres of water it’s dangerous and only recommended if your a professional athlete you should only drink enough to quench your thirst as and when
I'm starting tomorrow and my worry is a bottomless brunch I have with my girls in a few weeks 😂 I'm really the same I don't actually enjoy the drinking just do it to feel comfortable 😅 I am worried about the comments about me not drinking but I'm looking forward to the challenge x
Hey, the book and the author have a lot of new age beliefs in it. I don’t know if you’re a Christian, this is my first video of yours, but I felt like I needed to say that the book has some dark roots even if you don’t have Christian beliefs.

It always seems like there never enough hrs in the day but Honestly if u take a look at your screen time in your settings app u would be shocked at how much time u ACTUALLY have to be a lot more productive

I would love love LOVE this!!! Even like your 3 most eaten breakfasts, lunches and dinners throughout it x
yes i can absolutely do this!! will try to film it this week🥰
You should do spring outfit videos. Doesn't have to be new stuff just outfits put together of whatever you have in the closet. 😀
love this idea!💓
I'm doing it but I really hate self help books, they are boring and never helped me in anything so I just changed to books I enjoy reading

Please could you recommend some Pilates/yoga channels that you used during the challenge? I’m trying to find some good ones to follow! X

Aww girl I just finished 75 hard! I feel so good having completed it, well done !!🩷
I’m a Muslim so I don’t drink alcohol but I think I might give up chocolate instead. Considering starting this challenge soon.
