Who is Ningguang?
Ningguang (Chinese: 凝光 Níngguāng, "Condensed Light") is a playable Geo character in Genshin Impact. She was voiced by Sayaka Õhara in Japanese and Erin Ebers in English. As the Tianquan of the Liyue Qixing, she is more wealthy than many others in Teyvat. Her position and abilities have enabled her to create her crowning achievement, the floating Jade Chamber that watches over all of Liyue. Ningguang is a tall and elegant young lady with fair skin and red eyes. Ningguang is concerned for Liyue's safety as she upholds law and order. While she is very proud of her Jade Chamber and hopes to one day cover all seven nations of Teyvat with it, she is willing to give it up to protect Liyue.
