I hate to say it, because love Bat God, but Haunt is better in paper, especially in multiplayer. Love me some igoring Commander Tax though, in a deck thay also has other discard effects.
Great games. This was the first Ixilan commander that I tried and I had a lot of fun with it. I tried a bunch of different versions, and one thing I noticed that was a lot more effective than I expected was the 2 other haste equipment. The haste doesn't help on transform, but it's so huge to be able to attack immediately out of the command zone, and even though the other ones suck compared to swiftfoot boots, they're still pretty nice with this guy. Occasionally can wreck people with their own reanimated creatures also.

Pro Tip: Run Deserted Temple. Hold Full Control, Activate to flip Aclazotz back to a creature, use Temple to untap Aclazotz while it's a Land.
