Amazing looking house. I personally would swoop the theater/games room to where master bedroom is and turn the upstairs hang out into master room, walk in wardrobe and ensuite.

They often dont want to drill into the stone of a model home for a centered TV, they would want the eventual owners to do so.

What is the price? I Do Not call agents unless a price is provided…..,
it changes , and I hate having old prices on youtube videos misleading people. But as of TODAY the base for this home in Provence is $849k. This would estimate at about $1.1m here when total with design, options and lot.

As of the creation of this video the BASE is Priced from $829,900 - $843,900. This does not include any upgrades, option or lot premium.
