House is amazing but you talk too much and your all over the place with the video 😒 . The house speaks for itself, try and go from room to room from the front door , it will be way more fluid .

Not sure about the fan. This can be found in Caliterra and Northgate Ranch communities.

I love the stone on the exterior, is this lime stone? And where did it come from?
There is a great deal of limestone west of I35. In west Georgetown, there are some limestone quarries they use to extract a great deal of stone.
