Great topic. This has been a mysterious development for many including myself only knowing that it's a billion dollar investment or so with high hopes.
How about the Chesterfield Outlets, any idea what's going on there? It seems like it's losing retail tenants rapidly with zero business development (except The Factory and Main Event).
Thanks for your comment- I definitely plan on doing more content in Chesterfield soon, and I haven't spent a lot of time looking into the outlets, but I do think Premium has overtaken District (previously taubman prestige) as the more popular destination. That being said the Factory seems to be the big attraction along with Main Event and Top Golf
Just got word the Fisher TH will be starting in the mid $650,000 👀 plus I’m sure $300+ HOA
per month.
The single family homes by Mckelvey are starting 1 million + 👀
I would think the HOA is $150 per month.
Yes! Fischer TH are starting at $650k right now with 8 lots that are about to become available. After pricing and upgrades, Fischer is expecting people to land mostly between $730k and $830k on the first round with pricing potentially increasing as subsequent lots become available. Last I heard the TH hoa dues will be $335 per month
Is the lake open to walk around? Will be in STL in a few weeks and want to check it out

Great video! Do we have any ballpark on pricing for the townhomes or condos? Also, do we know who's making the condos? Thanks!
Sorry for the delayed response I'm just seeing your comment James!! Condos are being built by Tegethoff Development - We still don't have pricing on condos, but Townhomes will likely be starting around $650-700k by Fischer. The 4 condo buildings were approved but we have yet to hear about the big 48-unit condo building! Here's the developer's website: tegethoffdevelopment.com/

@@jamesdaher5631 That's a really good question - I did some digging and haven't been able to find any recent & reliable information... A lot of the planned office space is still up for lease, but as far as restaurants and retail, I really haven't heard anything aside from rumors of a potential amazon grocery and/or farmers market, but that's really all I have
I would be interested in knowing what the condos may have that other condos in Chesterfield don't have.
Great question- Chesterfield currently doesn't have any luxury condos, so the fact that some are now being built is fantastic. There are few condos that even exist in Chesterfield, and most are 30+ years old
