Bruh, Logic didn't need to go crazy on the lyrics. It's the arrangement that made this extra crazy, when it dropped into that glorious choir section it was the best switch up of all time. Don't you come at me like "but what about Sicko mode?" Logic is the king of switchups now, not Travis. It was quick, seamless, and sounded amazing. Obviously the beat hits rediculously hard, those little stutters right before the verse dropped were perfect to build energy, Logics fast flow in the second verse was a wise choice to march that energy. The song opening with those three kicks right before the drop was insanely hard. Those subtle little flutes that came in every other bar were amazing. This may be Logics hardest song. Not best, but hardest.

The multiple switches in bohemian rhapsody are great, but I would argue that the two switch ups in Blackstar by David Bowie are better. The smooth shift from the eclectic, chaotic, dark beginning of the song, to the lush, minimal, and bright second half. Even more impressive is the way David made that second half retreat into darkness again in a subtle way that you didn't see coming. The beautiful strings, the menacing sax solos, and the creative drum patterns (specific to the first half) provude a great background to David's weary yet beautiful vocals and haunting lyricism and performance.
