He's taken cues from the boating community. Good for him. When we're out sailing, all we have is what we have. You really have to have equipment that will last and will take care of you, because your life literally depends on it. His use of space, marine wiring, and the other touches are really great.
It doesn't matter what you are showing in your video's, you are always the star. You are just such an incredibly positive and bright person. You make us all feel good. Thanks for sharing your adventure, insight and tips.
I loved this tour and your interview was truly professional. The price includes a new truck too, what a deal and this camper has been very well thought out for everything. I can see why this one is one of your favorites.
so many new ideas for really small space, this shower-toilet is great one and as always nice to look at how smooth and easily you get to talk with people
Loved you interview. Really enjoyed the questions you asked and the comments you made. Thanks also for letting him talk about what he wanted to. Thanks again for being so brave, I would have been too nervous to ask for an interview
I'm so glad you use a handheld mic during interviews...the sound is much better and it keeps the interviewer's arms and hands from looking like they have nothing to do...
What a great XP camper, and a super nice guy. They did an amazing job designing this thing. So many excellent details. You did a great job with the interview and video tour. I hope you have more of these to edit and post. All the Best, and Happy Camping!
I enjoyed the interview and the camper. Also, I got my bumper sticker in the mail today Thank you for sending it right out. Going to put it in the back window of my motor home. :).
Great interview Pippi, that was a cool camper, marine quality hardware and besides that it looks like a good survival vehicle well thought out. The only thing is that it maybe its Achilles heel is the soft sides, for long term situations it would be an issue. But every thing else was well thought out like storage and the shower.
Pippi, you're a natural at interviewing people and asking good questions! I really enjoy these. Here's a tip for you to consider. At the end of your next one turn to the camera and say something like, "Well there you have it folks. I hope you enjoyed the tour of (insert whatever here) as much as we did. This is Pippi Peterson signing off." Just an idea. Once again, I really love your videos and your channel! ~Vince
Vince Gibbs Thanks for the tip, Vince! Some of these were so on the fly I really hadn't thought them out enough. Great tip and I'll try to do so next time :)
Great Truck! And so many nice features. The guy really knows how to use space. The shower for example is fantastic. As a sailor I love to see this yacht for the road :) I hope he finds some customers at the expo. Pippi, I like your videos very much! You are such a natural person. I would love to see you traveling around the country to see some nice spots and campsites. I think there are more people who are interested in where to go and where to stay. May be, when you get more subscribers by doing so, it might get a business for you. One day campsite owners will invite you to come to make a video of their place. Then you get money for it or you can stay for free. And I am sure one day you get money for videos like this on expos. A good marketing-tool is a blog, where you write about your travels, your day, your RV, your life and post your videos to establish a long-term relationship to your viewers and readers. So when the expo is over please go back on the road and show us more about the USA :) Cast off!! Captain Sailnator
One of those would be great for my flatbed, if you deliver it! I am in Michigan, just north of Detroit. Super package. Since the truck is a 1959, I might lean towards a retro trailer, but this is an awesome camper. You would make a great hostess/sales woman. model for RV shows. I see that there is an Overland East show too.
Awesome job on the video ! You did a great job as interviewer also ! I went to their website;outstanding craftsmanship and design ! Price not that high considering the details and some of the features. I really liked the remote to raise/lower the camper; and the fact that there is a manual option to do so ! Approximate prices.......$74,000 camper....$10,000 Flatbed .....plus your truck...???? I have found in my 60 years that if you want quality products, you have to expect to pay a little more for it !! Good job Pippi ! Happy Trails......John
Pippi not a critique; just that I went on the website and a few other videos I found that the flatbed was an option. The flatbed is added to your truck (minus bed). The camper is also removable just like a conventional truck camper.I think he confused a lot of people and should have explained it better. Great video as a[ways Pippi !
+Pippi Peterson the $85K price does not include the truck. Also, they only put the V1 on a one ton truck chassis. You supply them a diesel one ton and they build the camper and flatbed. The buyer is without their truck for a while during the build process. The total package depending on suspension used can be well over a $130K.
hey! we live in grass valley and i didn't know he was here! hubby did though. i think i need to take a drive up to the warehouse where scott is and check it out. cool!
one of the best designs of this type i have ever seen ... the only thing i don't quite like about camper trucks is the fact that you can't access the inside of the camper directly from the driver section ... diesel fuel is also a great option considering most of these trucks are not hybrid ... a hybrid electric / diesel would be ideal though! :-)
Pippi, could you do some more videos of Overland campers for next years Overland Expo? You ask great questions and it is brilliant for us that can't make a trip to the US to look at campers.
Hi Pippi I just saw the video and I have a Question does the man just have the Camper for sale and if so does he have a web site I'm very interested in finding more information Loved the tour thank you for showing it
That too, but the step to climb into bed was in front of where you might want to stand while cooking. Maybe if it could have been moved over the fridge?
looks like a very well built/sturdy product - but not sure why people insist on having showers built internally. I guess there is a market for it. Cheers
Opposite here, I don't understand why some people don't build real toilet and shower cabin inside 🙄 How do you shower in a foreign city or in the winter? We are civilised people.. stil.
Pippi. Very TALANTED MAN,, where are You Thats Its so COLD!!!!!!!!!!!,,, Thanks,, Jack,,,,, Good Ol WIN 8.1 Just did Its Weekly Thing,,,,OMG!!!!!! what a Pain,,,,, Loooks NICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
lets try me to give you a litte thing back. an litte information... ceramic in valves... is not to never break!!! ceramic did not change his dimensions when it is getting warm (or cold). so it is used in valves for comfort. because you do not need to re-regulate the temperature of the water.
You should have been more direct with your question about the seasons the camper can be used in. They are typically rated as 3 seasons or 4 seasons. So it's good to ask if it is a 3 season or 4 season camper. The guy didn't sound like he knows a whole lot about those rigs. The one he was showing is typically a 3 season camper. $84,000? I guessed $70,000 before I heard the actual price. You were too kind when you quickly replied it is a good price. :) I'm not being negative either. I happen to be informed and knowledgeable about these types of rigs. This man does have a good product, but it sounds like they are custom built and not manufactured which always drives the price up.
I was at the Overland Expo this year just to look at the XP campers. To bad the owner (the guy in the video) was a total Jerk! When I asked details about the campers he told me that I should go online and then walked off! So needless to say he lost out on a sale.
This is a very well crafted and thought out camper. It's ideal for me trying to boondock 24/7 365.
He's taken cues from the boating community. Good for him. When we're out sailing, all we have is what we have. You really have to have equipment that will last and will take care of you, because your life literally depends on it.
His use of space, marine wiring, and the other touches are really great.
Great job Pippi, you are adorable, and I think would make an excellent host/interviewer/RV news reporter.
Scott Smith Thank you :)
Really great tour! I like how you asked good questions, and also let him talk freely without interrupting. Your camera helper did a great job also.
Byron Anderson She did better than I would in that video. :)
Byron Anderson Thanks Byron :)
It doesn't matter what you are showing in your video's, you are always the star. You are just such an incredibly positive and bright person. You make us all feel good. Thanks for sharing your adventure, insight and tips.
Plan B Thank you so much, I'm happy you are being positively impacted :D :D :D
I loved this tour and your interview was truly professional. The price includes a new truck too, what a deal and this camper has been very well thought out for everything. I can see why this one is one of your favorites.
David Smith Thanks David, I'm glad you liked it :)

most excellent interview and they did do a great job on those campers ... they thought of everything and squeezed so much in
Very nice unit. This would be great for off road travel. Nice job Pippi in your interview.
That shower toilet is amazing. Thank you Pippi for sharing.
+Veronica Conway You're welcome! :D
What a great XP camper, and a super nice guy. They did an amazing job designing this thing. So many excellent details.
You did a great job with the interview and video tour. I hope you have more of these to edit and post.
All the Best, and Happy Camping!
Allen Hare I've got more! Stay tuned for those :)
Overland Expo is always awesome! So much great stuff there.
That is gorgeous - I like the sleek finishing touches he created!
Excellent use of space in that camper! Great interviewing skills, Pippi! Lovely as always!
sweepswoop Thank you :)
Best camper I have ever seen before.
MrBeeradb1 I'm really glad you liked it! It is a very nice one for sure. Stay tuned for some more coming up :)
I enjoyed the interview and the camper. Also, I got my bumper sticker in the mail today Thank you for sending it right out. Going to put it in the back window of my motor home. :).
What a great design...very pragmatic...I'm checking out their website right now...thanks
Thank you Pippi, That was fun. That's an imaginative camper.
Mark Elmer Glad you liked it! I've got more tours coming up so stay tuned! :)
That is a really nice camper. Thank you for sharing Pippi !!!
Eddie Giles You're welcome, I'm glad you enjoyed it :)
Great interview Pippi, that was a cool camper, marine quality hardware and besides that it looks like a good survival vehicle well thought out. The only thing is that it maybe its Achilles heel is the soft sides, for long term situations it would be an issue. But every thing else was well thought out like storage and the shower.
Bob Jones Yeah, I'd prefer hard sides. He said he did one for a customer with hard sides so it's possible at least.
about the brightness of the camper you could always paint your own designs or contact paper .. love this RV
Beautiful -The camper was nice too !
This is very well design and awesome, and simple, good price too!!! Very good interview Pippi!!!!!!
Stephane Bourgoing Thanks!
Pippi, you're a natural at interviewing people and asking good questions! I really enjoy these. Here's a tip for you to consider. Vince Gibbs Thanks for the tip, Vince! Some of these were so on the fly I really hadn't thought them out enough. Great tip and I'll try to do so next time :)
I'll be watching for sure and if you don't remember, that's fine too. :)
Great great great Pippi, Fantastic !! That a great camper. I love the way he talks !! Great stuff. Thanks Pippi. Tony down under.
+Tony Van Wageningen Thanks Tony! :D
being a diesel fan I'm impressed to see all this unit uses diesel for.
I am looking to make my own pop-up type, and this is probably the best example I have seen thus far.
Another fine video Pip! Keep smiling :).
Papa Mac Glad you liked it, good luck on your project!

Nice find Pippi! Love seeing stuff like this.
Jack Wrobel I'm really glad you liked it. There' more in store like it :)
Well done! To you both. I would buy that for sure. Very nice!
One of those would be great for my flatbed, if you deliver it! I am in Michigan, just north of Detroit.

Wanderin' Moose Yeah, I was understanding the flatbed meant the truck but not sure now. Thanks John!

albert morrison Thank you :D
hey! we live in grass valley and i didn't know he was here! hubby did though. i think i need to take a drive up to the warehouse where scott is and check it out. cool!
Top notch, quality build. Looks like a lot of the interior was marine grade.
Excellent tour, loved it!
Great interviewing Pippi - and what an awesome product!
Thanks!
Not even into campers but this looks very efficient. Kinda reminds me of small and highly functional living spaces in Japan.
nice video! That bathroom is crazy and awesome!
Wayne's RV Yeah, it's quite a bathroom!
Very nice, well thought out and user friendly. I quite like that its white its very positive. Always a pleasure to watch your vids cheers.
+Glen Smith Thank you so much. I like the white, too It's nice and bright!

this is very well engineered this guy is a pro
Wow thanks for sharing this with us. Too expensive for me to buy 😢, but it's amazing.
Ottb I'm glad you enjoyed it :)
Such a clever bathroom area.
Well done Pipi. As always, you are too cool! Nice camper and video too.
ScratchinMyAss Thanks, glad you liked it! :D
Very nice video. Great for a business as dual use. And if the truck is 4wd u could go off-road and really "wild camp"...
Great video...love the camper. Well done at a great price!
RVing Illustrated Glad you enjoyed it :)
Pippi, could you do some more videos of Overland campers for next years Overland Expo? You ask great questions and it is brilliant for us that can't make a trip to the US to look at campers.
Marc Browne Of course! Stay tuned for more of this year to be released sporadically :)
Pippi, WOW!!!!!!!!!! It Looks so BIG Inside,,, He def took His time thinking EVERYTHING OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Jack,,,,
Great video Pippi, Are you going to have more of different models? As always Happy Trails
FREEDOM 2 Absolutely, stay tuned for those. Not just different models but different brands and styles. :)
The bathroom is genius!
Interesting design. That whole vehicle would be great in the mountains. Thx!
John Norris Absolutely. It does have a ski feel over a beach feel in my mind :)
You're great pippi, love this video as wel. Don't really luke the camper, but like you ;) .
Hi Pippi I just saw the video and I have a Question does the man just have the Camper for sale and if so does he have a web site I'm very interested in finding more information Loved the tour thank you for showing it
REVEREND DAVID HAMM Indeed, it's XPCamper.com
Ok, this one is awesome!
You are so pretty! I marvel at your beauty every time I see your videos. I might add, you are smart and talented to boot.
Dean Carder Thanks Dean :)
Awesome video! Thx, Pipi!
Bryan Hogue Thank you, you're welcome!
A more affordable Earth Roamer. Very well thought out!
matt4270 I've got a video like this of the Earth Roamer. If I recall correctly theirs is around the $500K mark! Stay tuned for that video :)
Very cool camper. I was curious whether you have the dry weight of the unit? A lot of these mods would work great in a sailing cat.
Great job Pippi, on the interview too.
+Al Nevsky I don't know but I recommend checking out their site or contacting them to get it. Best of luck!
Good Work Pippi
Great camper, only thing I'd want to change was the placement of the cooktop.
RV Granny Too close to the bed??
That too, but the step to climb into bed was in front of where you might want to stand while cooking. Maybe if it could have been moved over the fridge?
84.000usd with the truck included?
Nice stuff
I LOVE Germans for quality and organization! Ha!
***** I love all people for different reasons!!
Don’t know why this came up in my feed But sure wish she would make a Video explaining everything and why she Left her RUclips channel
Great stuff and great video:-)
Victor Gomes Thanks you :)
Pippi nice walk around really. i should find you and marry you, outstanding work.
AWsome show great camper
+keith ellis Thanks!
Even with the skull cap, crazy accent and chin stubble, this girl is still incredibly cute. (Oh, God, what did I do?)
So yeah....... Is it done ?
Nice, but the most important thing (sleeping) is like in a tent.. bad sound and thermal insulation 🤔
great video
mortal4life Thanks!
Wow... 1st comment?? Love all your videos! Keep up the great work!
Christopher Paquette And that is an outstanding little camper! Beautiful design.
Christopher Paquette Thank you!
I wonder what kind of person would buy that camper?
looks like a very well built/sturdy product - but not sure why people insist on having showers built internally. I guess there is a market for it.
Cheers
Depends on where you travel. Some places get a bit nippy for an outdoor shower.
Opposite here, I don't understand why some people don't build real toilet and shower cabin inside 🙄
How do you shower in a foreign city or in the winter? We are civilised people.. stil.
Great job
Tolley Smith Thank you
Where's the washer & dryer, ... Wine Cellar?
Pippi. Very TALANTED MAN,, where are You Thats Its so COLD!!!!!!!!!!!,,, Thanks,, Jack,,,,, Good Ol WIN 8.1 Just did Its Weekly Thing,,,,OMG!!!!!! what a Pain,,,,, Loooks NICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Craig B Thanks!
Very cool!
Alessandro Mannone Thanks!
Ill take two!
The website is actually xpcamper.com, somehow an extra "e" got in there.
I want one badly! But no money.
That man sounds like the Terminator! lol
+TexasCindy lol
You provide the truck apparently. The camper is $84,000. Is that right?
+oilhammer04 I think that's correct. At first I thought it was a full package together.
as well the belly dancing. awesome and i cant take it , just fantastic your ownself
mountaintruth1 Thank you :)
yea when he said with the flatbed he meant the flatbed tray and not the truck
Edward Woods Yes, some other folks researched this too and found that out. What a cool deal if it was with the truck as well!
That guy looks like Cheech!! LoL!!
Alex Realyvasquez Ha!
I was at the Overland Expo this year just to look at the XP campers. To bad the owner (the guy in the video) was a total Jerk! When I asked details about the campers he told me that I should go online and then walked off! So needless to say he lost out on a sale.
Its Pippy P !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! haha Getting pippy with it !
Pippi, maybe you could make your own camper.
+C H Definitely appealing to me. Not sure I have the funds to peruse that now
Maybe if I get a loan maybe. But then I'll have to find a constant source of work to pay for it, which means no travelling the country. I hate reality
swimmer8585 yea nailed it wayyyyyyyyyyy over priced but seems to be a great rig
I want one. :D
now 120k usd + car=160-200k
odd........after good morning, no sound hmmmm
He sounds from Germany.
+Albertus Jansen Yes, he is :)
Sorry I couldn't follow along due to his thick accent but the camper looks nice.
