If I were to build this A frame design, I would only make slight changes to the 1st floor keeping the kitchen, dining & living room area all open similar to how it is on the 2nd floor and also add a basement living area option as well.... Master is not a o suite having to walk out of the bedroom to the bathroom across the hall, clothing dryer has to be self venting in its location, a fire risk, and who’s going clean all that glass? I would want this home at 2600 sq ft to be a 4 BR, 2.5-3.5 bath. Sure is pretty though.

Very futuristic but it has this disconnection to spaces, the downstairs bedroom & bathroom is open to view from everyone in that area as you must transverse the open hallway, these rooms would be suited to upstairs...the games room would work better downstairs in its place have a quiet area, for reading with comfy chairs, couches, tables and lots of plants welcoming you up the stairs and into the tranquil zone - bedrooms...the outdoor deck I think a nice plain timber to complement the structure ... and the huge panes of glass picture windows, lovely but have them hydrologically opening for air and egress points in a fire ...another nice A frame concept

I don't like the design in bathrooms. A bathtub in the "tunnel" doesn't be good idea at all - how to make them clean? So I would change it. If someone need a bathtub at all, it's possible to mix the shower with a bathtub, and make them across the bathroom (not along like now). The rest of that space, should be used as two walk-in-closets - separate for every bedroom, cause no one of them has really closet. And the bath on 1st level could be also re-design, so a part, where now is restroom, could be additional storage room, with access from the hall. Or it can be made a loundry there. I don't like so much stairs outside as well. I would change windows for these, which would be easier to clean - so not one huge, but maby three a little bit smaller in one room? The design is amazing, but not too practically, because of all, what I wrote.
