Today’s issue. 2007 Mercedes ML 320i in cold -17 stalled out in middle of turning fortunately restarted to go to side of road now turns over but no start and stalled out 2 times this week but restarted,,,now no start. Put diesel fuel conditioner with anti gel and will try tomorrow but wonder why no start?
Frozen fuel line or filter or your video on rubber seals on position sensors need replacing as I see oil under car now.
Also check engine light on showing P1408 code for EGR. If EGR blocked will no start occur as well?
Car keeps turning over after release of key for about 10 seconds then stops. I find this strange as well that after releasing key engine still turns over.

Hey keith, got A Problem with my ml320 w164 om642.
I have the fault P1409 and cant get it away.
I replaced, the EGR, Charge air intercooler.
The Problem : when I pit kickdown for 10sec+ the car goes I to limp Mode and 3k rpm Are Max fault p1409

Please don't put liqui moly or any other product... Best to get the part that's damaged replaced.

Where the fuse or relay of the fuel pump??

I have a s550 2010. Camera is there however it does not work. When i check the fuse it only has one wire n no fuse in that spot any ideas
Where should I order a new unit from?
In a previous video, you changed the fuel sending unit and the fuel level didn't change. Is this why you made a second video?
I think in the previous video I might have cleaned it. I don't remember. Or it might have been for the ml350. This one is for the slk230

Also don’t have no check end light
Take a look at your intake air filters. They maybe dirty, also check your fuel pump pressure, it could be dying.
