these self stand cutting instruments r called bothi in Assamese, boti in Bengali, hasiya in Madhya Pradesh.
der r many types of bothis n not all can stand on it's own.
some have weaker bases n can only stand if hold firmly by feet.
U can search online "coconut scraper with wooden base"
