    🏡 'Fall-proof' your home - Eliminate trip hazards and other obstacles in your home to decrease the likelihood of falls.
    👁️ Have your vision and hearing tested - Have regular check-ups to make sure you're seeing and hearing as well as you can to avoid falls.
    💊 Take medications as prescribed - Some medications can cause dizziness or drowsiness, which can increase your risk of falls. Discuss any potential side effects with your pharmacist or GP.
    😴 Get enough sleep - If you're well rested your movements will feel more coordinated, which can help to prevent falls.
