You can scale in the x or y alone rather than resize the entire model too.

Which printer do you use for masks this size?

Its a Creality S4 which is 400x400, but you could print it on a 300x300 bed. :)

Trying to print in sections. Any advice on best way to splice?

Maybe cut the dome of the head off. The good news is either way you split it the texture should help hide any seems.

Nope. It was pretty snug so I didn't add any foam and painting inside isn't a great idea if u plan to wear it. When u sweat, and you will, it will get all over u. 😀
