Can someone help me with this please if I use the 3rd way of changing the T-shirt color, what if I have colors that are not included in the saturation choices. What if the colors need to be specific colors of actual T-shirt brands, how would I import those colors in?

I am trying to change the color of blue jeans and everything else is changing colors. I have reviewed your video numerous times and still no solid change.
Please help
You will need to make a selection of the jeans and add that to your hue/saturation layer mask if that's the case. That way only the jeans get edited. I would recommend the quick selection tool, or use the pen tool to make the selection if it doesn't work well enough to make the selection.
adjustment variations was soooooooo much better than this it's not even funny. I'm not even talking about how much faster it was, just how much better the image looked in the end.
