Oct 7 Survivor Whose Husband Jumped on Hamas Grenade To Save Sons Speaks Out

- Anyone who have seen the 43’ min raw footage from October the 7th, would remember very vividly the two little boys heartbreaking scene - those are two out of four brothers of the Taasa family. The story of this family is tragic and heroic at once. Almost every member of this family had shown courage and resourcefulness in a way that is beyond understanding, while witnessing horror and death all around for several hours.The Taasa family where a family of six: Sabin- the mother, Gil- the father, and four boys: Or 17yo, Zohar 15yo, Koren 13yo and Shai 9yo. The parents were separated and lived in two different houses a few meters apart. On the morning of October the 7th, Gil was with Koren and Shai, and Sabin was with Or and Zohar. At 6am that morning, Or went fishing at Zikim beach, He was murdered there, and Sabin was in the safe room with Zohar while it happened. We have the recording of their last call, while the rockets and terrorist shootings are in the back. Gil was taking Koran and Shai to a shelter outside their house and once they entered it, a terrorist threw a grenade inside the shelter, and Gil jumped on it in order to save his kids, and died instantly in front of their eyes. Straight after that, the terrorist took Koren and Shai back to the house, both injured. At some point, Koren and Shai bravely managed to escape to their mothers house, she opened the door, there was a terrorist behind them, and she successfully managed to let the boys in and slam the door on the terrorists face. She saved them. Ollie spoke to mother, Sabine, while she was in London recently. This is her story and testimony of what happened on that terrible day.
I'm from an Arab country and I empathize with this woman and all the victims of the 7th of october. I condemn Hamas for shattering so many lives on both sides.

So there were these 3 guys who on October 7th , joined forces to help their compatriots in whatever way they could . There were many others too , most of them providing ambulance services because the Army wasn't picking up the phone .
So these 3 guys come across a Hamas terrorist , see him before he sees them and showing presence of mind pick up the gun lying near a dead body , possibly another terrorist , and shoot dead the terrorist they had spotted .
All 3 were arrested by Israeli police and only a few days back 2 were released . One is still in custody being prosecuted for killing a Hamas terrorist .

There was a IDF soldier within the border guard unit within Yerushalyeem, that was present during a Muslim, Islam Arab that began attack upon them and others with a knife. The soldier managed to avoid serious harm, reacted quickly, shot the terrorist, stopped the attack, resulting in the death of the terrorist Arab. The soldier was arrested, confined, prosecuted, improperly; seemingly similar with the case described.
There have been even recently other improper decisions, actions by IDF soldiers within Israel which resulted in the death of Israeli citizens, in which the IDF investigated, with just claiming an improper shooting, but no prosecution, yet against the Arab, worse a clear terrorist, there are those which are treated, handled, prosecuted, judged improperly, incorrectly. Similarly, the IDF have opposed, publicized as improper, citizens which performed their own protection, also investigations, searches as with a captured teen, hostage, located, though dead, along with elimination of other terrorist threats within Israel, but not by IDF, Shin-Bet, Security, Police.
Their position within these is improper, incorrect, invalid, especially when those Authoritarian forces, units, military, security, police are not always available, accessible, prepared, as what happened during those 36 hours 15-16 Tishrei 5784

The more graphic, the more it touch the people. I truly believe that the video recordings of what happened on that day should be shown to the world. I've seen some of them and it changed me. I know it is very difficult for the families and friends to "show" their loved ones in their worst moments. but I'm sure it might help and if it does, it will not be their worst moments but their best and they would change the world. They (the victims) are heroes.

I just went for a 1 hr long walk in the rain in angel Islington, away from the high Street I came across four Heavily pro palistinan's scarfed what speed to be teenages, and then I sore the main group just ahead, about 15 -20,so I thought I been on all the pro Israel protest,so what can I do on my own? I must stress the quietness of the street , and because of the rain the group.i asked them "just one thing, I haven't got time to debate (the group looked at me) there's not much point anyway, but I just want to ask, have you looked at the footage?,have you looked at the footage?(They silently start to stop smiling, and all turn away from me) "Have you seen the Thai worker, did you see them hacking his head off".(the group stay, silent,I would have liked it to be out of shame, but I think it was because I hadn't raised my voice, but asked the question, none of them could think of a way of hysterically shouting back at me.)I walked away as quietly as I had passed them, told them that "Yeshua is going to judge you, but I hope He sends THE HOLY SPIRIT to give you a conscience, about the poor Thai worker, who was only working to send money back to his pearants in Thailand, they hacked his head off, just like they did to Lee rigby in Woolwich were I come from ".They all remained completely silent.

Well I do feel absolutely horrible for the victims of October 7th and the people who have been kidnapped from Israel but I don’t think hundred of thousands of innocent children,women and men should die in Gaza/ Palestine for 9 + month. This war has to end
