  • In Gaza, 120 hostages are still held captive by Hamas. In his opening remarks last night, President Biden spoke of his determination to arrive at a ceasefire deal, saying, “There’s still gaps to close. We’re making progress.” Behind at least some of these gaps is believed to be Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who reportedly hardened his demands for a hostage deal once again. Bianna Golodryga spoke with Andrey Kozlov, who was rescued after eight months' captivity. A Russian-Israeli citizen, Andrey had been living in Israel for only 18 months when he was taken from the Nova music festival on October 7th. Along with three others, he was rescued from Gaza’s Nuseirat camp on June 8th. In an exclusive TV interview Andrey shared his experience and his reflections after just one month of freedom.

The Israeli IDF killed 274 people during that operation to free 4 Israeli hostages. Among those killed were 63 children. It was a catastrophic massacre of civilians. He tells us he was fed and sheltered properly. He was not beaten or mistreated, which is diametrically opposed to the way Palestinians are treated by Israel when they are abducted by the IDF. He tells us the swings in mood and feelings for himself and his comrades were affected by raised hopes for a ceasefire and hostage exchange, only to be dashed, and gunfire and bombing that was happening around where they were being held. Those bombings were killing, maiming, and disfiguring innocent, trapped, and defenseless people and their children. Overall, his assessment of his captivity and his captors was mild.

Why are we here ? What is the purpose of this life on earth? Is there life after this earthly existence? Is there a heaven and a hell? Are you good? Good enough to go to heaven? Almost all of us would declare to be good. But what is good? What is the highest moral standard to which we can compare or measure ourselves? Please take a look at this test. How many lies have you told in your life? Have you ever stolen anything - even if it was very small and of little value? Have you ever hated anyone? Have you ever desired things that wasn’t yours? Have you ever used God’s or Jesus name to express disgust? We all have done this at some point, so this test shows us that we are sinners. To admit this is not easy for us. But God is Light and Love and there is not even a trace of evil in Him. God is the Holy Spirit, He is a 100% righteous Judge, and He must not only judge murderers and thief’s, but also blasphemers, idol worshipers, fornicators and sexual immoral humans In the beginning the earth was like heaven during Adam and Eve, the first 2 humans, but they disobeyed God and began sinning. We all are descendants from them and carry the sin curse too. God says that the wages of sin is dead and that is why we all die. This is how serious sin is to a Holy God. But God is love and He doesn’t want anyone of us to go to hell. He wants to Safe us so that we all live happily forever in His Kingdom, in heaven. But He must also judge and punish our evil. So how to solve this dilemma? God in His wisdom solved this problem by coming as the humble human Jesus. Jesus lived a perfect innocent life on earth, and He took the punishment that we deserved upon Himself by stepping in for us in Gods Courtroom and so bailed us out from Hell punishment by shedding His innocent blood and life on the Cross as a sacrifice atonement which washes away ALL our sins and punishment. He paid the highest possible price by offering His life and His precious blood to safe us. He died, but He rose from the grave on the third day, alive, because God is Spirit and He cannot die. God will give the gift of eternal life to you too if you believe in Jesus - you will go from being condemned to hell to everlasting life in heaven. This is Gods amazing grace - and it is free ! All you have to do now (!) is to repent of your sins and trust in Jesus for your Salvation. Do NOT trust in your good works as they are like filthy rags in the eyes of God - and you insult God as you actually saying that Jesus didn’t had to die for you. God bless each and everyone who reads this in the Mighty Name of Lord Jesus - the KING of kings, and the LORD of Lords.

There has never been a palestinian people. If there were than Jews who also lived there - just as Arabs - are also "palestinians." The Philistines were an Aegean people - related to the Greeks and with no connection ethnically, linguistically, or historically at all with Arabia - they conquered the Mediterranean coastal plain that is now Gaza in the 12th Century BCE. Israel defeated the Philistines back then and drove them out of Gaza. The name Philistine was much later given to Israel by Roman Emperor Hadrian, who's occupation was responsible for several decrees that sought to crush the National identity and religious spirit of the Jews some time after Roman Emperor Titus smashed the Israeli resistance in the year 70 and took most Israelis with them as slaves to spread them all over their huge Empire. But the Roman Empire disappeared and other occupier's toke over the Land such as the Ottoman (Turkish) Empire and the name Philistine was done away with and they renamed the whole region Syria - until the British became the world power and occupier and it was them to rename the whole region Palestina, that is: Syria, Lebanon, Israel and Egypt combined. So ask yourself: where is the evidence that proves that there was an ancient palestinian State? Where are the old scrolls that describes its history - in it mentioned old Kings, old Rulers, old Governments and Government buildings - where are the old cities, old coins, old ruins, old roads, old harbors, even songs ??? THEY CAN’T SHOW ANY OF THESE MENTIONED ARTIFACTS ! Israel on the other hand CAN show MILLIONS of mentioned history and artifacts that PROVE they belong there. And don’t come with the Canaanites as ancestors because Abraham is both the original father of both Jews and Arabs. No, it is islam that doesn't tolerate any other religion in (any) region) which is the root of all conflict. We are waiting for the return of Lord Yeshua / Jesus to bring about peace.

You don’t even have the Hebrew versions listed here.. you write them in English.

All those names in Arabic are based on Hebrew names, most cities you just wrote here were created many years before the Arabic language was even spoken.

Even the word "Al Quds" in hebrew "מקדש" and referes to בית המקדש = the jewish temple

Appreciate Amanpour interviewing this detainee (?), Russia, Putin's Hamas, I mean that was a deal made long ago between Putin and Netanyahu to bring Hamas into Palestine. So having a hard time looking at this perfectly healthy young man and believing his story, something is off.

Those hostages were lucky enough to be rescued before they were deliberately blown up by the IDF. They even looked like they had gained some weight. Shouldn't they be grateful to Hamas for feeding them for so long and not killing them?
