I've seen the entire trilogy and I'd have to say that the last one is definitely the best. The spin-off which involves L is kinda mid imo, and the live action of the anime is not the best I feel. I am doing a crime of not watching the anime but maybe I will soon and if the live action movies, which is 1 and 2, follows most of the anime, then I would strongly suggest to watch the anime and then the live action third film.
The anime is well worth the watch. It’s the only anime I’ve ever wanted to watch more than once, and each time I go back to it every few years, I still find it compelling and interesting. It is very well conceptualized and well written. Great storytelling overall, very engaging and entertaining, and it really makes you think.
There one problem if a shinigami kills a human before they are supposed to they die the shinigami light had killed him at the end of the anime so why is that shinigami alive in the show
A shinigami killing a human is completely normal, that's how shinigamis extend their life, they steal the remaining years of life What kills a shinigami is extending a human's life by saving them
they are just dragging the franchise for money. lol nothing beats the original. everything else is like write on notebook killed instantly. have everyone forgotten than it takes 60 sec for someone to die after being written in the notebook?
L changes the world is actually from a novel and it might be non canon but still remember how it skips from 19 days to 9 days left.. in that 10 days L defeated kira and now he cured the world spending his last day wisely The second one is still better than the Netflix adaption of Death note
