11:18 that's a great tip adding a couple of rows to prevent the top from riding up in the front. I ran into that problem with two sweaters lately. Will try this out. 🎉
Your instruction is very detail and clear. I have been looking for basic tutorial to crochet and only watching your video I can crochet a simple sweater. Thank you!
Your instructions are very complete it really helped me thanks . Hope you have other tutorials with instructions for other sweaters, cardigans etc you make sense in doing the work plus your tips are super.
I Lovè the way you easily pulled the sweater up at the back of the neck by adding 2 rows across the back before joining sides & moving the seam to underneath an arm. Renae
I want to Thank You for sharing such a wonderful pattern for a sweater that does not have a set Guage, your pattern will work easily for all yarns. Just what I have been looking for. Renae
I’d close the sleeve and then calculate how many times to add 2 dc in the same stitch, so the body keeps widening. Do one round, measure and see how it seats on the bust. If you need to add more or subtract, at least you will undo only one round. You can also gradually expand the body by keep adding 2 dc in the same stitch here and there. Hope this helps
Question..... My size is an XL but I like sweaters baggier so I would go with the 2XL size but your measurements are for 2XL to 4XL. 1st wouldn't that be too big and 2nd how to do you get it to be more closer to the 2XL side of the measurements? Thank You! I love colors that you use and love your creativity on the fly, it's refreshing to see crafters in their creative element. Also, have you added this to Ravelry yet? I can't find the pattern on your page.
I'm currently working on this sweater and 145 chains for 4XL is too big. The neckline goes down to the middle of my breast 😯, but I don't know how to downsize it 😔.
Very nice top I definitely will be trying this but with long sleeves winter is coming LOL thank you for sharing. I love the Raglan Style sweaters. Just wondering if it would be hard to add a hoodie on to it?
I can't wait to make this sweater. I will watch all the way through again in case I missed any details, but I was wondering.. About how much yarn should it take on average to complete? I'm ready to start today if I've already got enough.
I wear sz S/M and I make sure to have 500g-600g for short-sleeved garment. I always buy 1-2 skeins/balls extra, keep the receipt and return/exchange if any left.
I crochet for ME first, hence MY size. If you take the time to watch the video in its entirety and listen closely, I share what needs to be done to adjust to other sizes. You can’t be getting free tutorials and have all the stuff done for you. You will have to do some thinking on your own…
In the beginning, you say "here i have a chain of 76 and I am going to slip stitch into the first." But the words on the screen say chain 75 for the small. Do you know which is correct?
Firstly I want to ask you if I can take some photos of your videos to put them in my facebook group so that my customers can choose a model because I sell them please give me your permission and thanks again

Hi, if I use thinner yarn with hook size 4, do I still chain 76 stitches?
For raglan sweaters, can you only do it using a double crochet stitch?
Hello Lenysea you have use laine or coton for you top please
Lovely top. How many chain for xxl size . Please advise me.
How big around is the 4x?
I can't find the pattern for this top for purchase on Etsy or Ravelry. How can I get the pattern for this top?
Beautiful!
Beautiful, thank you!
What if the bust measurement isn’t big enough when the sleeve opening is (so you can close sleeves together, but still need to add to bust?
I’d close the sleeve and then calculate how many times to add 2 dc in the same stitch, so the body keeps widening. Do one round, measure and see how it seats on the bust. If you need to add more or subtract, at least you will undo only one round.

Does the chain 3 count as the 1st dc?
Big question
Is this a tight fitting top?
I am usually a medium but I know that I don’t want this top to hug the girls tight
I’m a 38c maybe a large ?
Very nice. But isn't it so that if you start in the corner you don't have a seam?
What kind of yarn did u use

@@Lenysea thank you. 🙂
How many grams of woolwas used in ur top can u plz tell so that i can start for my daughter wd wool i have.lovely pattern
Jayanti Jha I used all 4 balls. If you need long sleeves, get more yarn.
Each ball containing how many grams or yards?
@@srikalak2971 It's literally within the 1st minute of the video
I was excited to see that pattern & dint notice it. Thank you
@@Lenysea thank u😊

In the beginning, you say "here i have a chain of 76 and I am going to slip stitch into the first." But the words on the screen say chain 75 for the small. Do you know which is correct?
Can u just estimate and tell...if i use one colour to crochet that..how many balls of yarn will it require?
There are so many variables: what size you wear, what type of yarn you are using, what is your gauge...
Why is the starting chain so long for bigger size my head is that big.
Very beautiful 😍❤️👍
How many chain u make 1st?
It tells you in first 2 minutes on the screen
Wow so beautiful top.. 👌👌 but this is wool? Or cotton?
