Here's why good customer service is the future (No, Seriously)

Ok, let's find out one way or the other if customer service is really necessary when doing food delivery and even grocery shopping for that matter. What do you think and why? What about doing rideshare for Uber and Lyft? Are there better ways than talking with the customer? In this video I will address grocery shopping and food delivery.
I know that from time to time I contemplate if I'm wasting my time trying to be nice to customers in order to get a higher tip. Am I fake? Or, do I really just try to be as helpful and friendly as possible knowing that I am selecting the best groceries for another human being and their family? I strive to pick out the best products, even in better condition than I would select for myself.
Do customers wonder how drivers can afford to drive their cars delivering their restaurant food orders? I'll bet they eat the food in five minutes and it took drivers 20 minutes or more to get it the customer.

You are welcome. I know it seems like a lot of work to use a body camera but if it saves you one deactivation and lost income....or keeps customers on their best behavior avoiding any safety incident or false accusation then it is totally worth it! Russ
