More no gi please! Seoi nage, knee seoi nage, koshi guruma, harai goshi, tani otoshi, sode tsurikomi ashi, ouchi/kouchi gari, tomoe nage and kata guruma!!!
Great video, what about when people tuck their elbows in and you can't just pull their arm, that's the most common situation I find in no gi, is they don't allow you to just extend their arm like that
Kuzushi. Trick your opponent into thinking that you're going to try a throw/trip that requires you push into them. O Soto Gari comes to mind. Try the O soto gari a few times and that will get your opponent to either stay still or push into you more. When they push into you more, you can do this tai otoshi.
Dear sensei, is it possible to execute this throw with a neck tie grip? If yes, could you please do a video about it? I would love to adapt my judo into a nogi context..... Thank you!
Try it out. Make sure you have a solid connection and try and get some of oukis momentum comming towards you. It's a bit sloppy but I did it last night.
I have always wanted to practice judo but I realized a lot of throws are based around grabbing the uniform. Can anyone tell me where i can find more judo throws and techniques that don’t involve grabbing the uniform ?
No kuzushi. You explained kuzushi but throws are without it. It is similar nogi videos in youtube - modified judo techniques without kuzushi or handonokuzushi. Why?
It could be that you are not breaking their balance enough. Focus on really pulling their weight on to the side of the leg you are trapping. If you have done it correctly, they should not be able to step over your leg as all their weight will be on the shin touching your shin, and their other leg should be off the floor.
If I use tai-otoshi with no gi i'd put my arm under my opponent's shoulder so basically i'm wrapping his whole shoulder into my body and pull their other arm with my other arm. I think it also counts as a sei-otoshi if you drop your knee.
Nick Margaris if it was seoi otoshi I would be trapping his right arm with my right arm. Here, my right arm is wrapped around his back to create an adapted no-gi Tai Otoshi.

There are three main ways to manipulate the far arm, pull it up and away, down and rotate, or pull their elbow in-between your bodies
