That merchant exists only to torment you. I think his Mercantile skill is set to 100+ or some such garbage. It makes sense, though, considering that this area is meant for high level play.
Ah, that explains it. I was so confused when I was finally able to unload so much and it was only like 100 septims 🙃 First time learning that a merchants Mercantile skill has an effect also. Learning new stuff about this game all the time!
He has the skill to sell snow to Nords.
This might be a reference to the gold rush. Ppl who rolled in dough were traders who sold food, pickaxes, tents, clothes etc.
Well no wonder he has 10,000 gold to barter with, he probably has a mercantile skill of 100.
If you can, find a levitate spell (I don't know if there is one on Solstheim). When you meet a large group of people, and they start killing you, you can use the levitate spell to run away.
Well that was a lot of work, but hey you're level 4 dude. Loving the series so far... Yummy nostalgia!!!
Really enjoying your vids man. You bring great personality to the playthrough
Don't forget about Woad and Thunder Fist when you're fighting tough mobs
The point of the sword (heh heh), is the lolz for turning you enemies invisible when they are being stabbed to death.
I dont think you need to keep an enchanted sword on hand if you're already usinga silver claymore. Iirc silver weapons can hot enemies that require magical weapons
Or maybe that didnt start being thing until Oblivion
No, silver works. I assume Nordic silver does too, and werewolves are weak to silver, daedric, and magic weapons, but resist normal ones.
While 25 security may not have ultimately been enough, your fatigue level was nil, so that would be working against you as well (fatigue is part of the equation of lockpicking success). Loved the episode!👍
Is there a single friggin' thing in this game that _isn't_ affected by your fatigue?
@@Ryu1ify running and I think jumping are ironically the same no matter your fatigue
Man needs to do this but for the shivering Isles on like 3 quarters difficulty
12:52, are the bears high-fiving?
>its all "ius"
yeah - the Empire is based on ROMAN Empire
Been binge watching all your videos and in my recommendations there is literally 8 of your videos in a row. 7 already watched wtf RUclips
"he doesn't like me." Completely forgetting he set his charisma at 1
I love how he doesnt know about the tree stump with an ebony longsword in it.
I always did this
When you're trying to sell things but your economy mod sets the sell value to -99%
Im recovering all these episodes
I thought you could become a werewolf, not a were pingpong ball.
If you ever reach it have fun at the maze, the werewolves literally r*ped me despite having a daedric tower shield with almalexias soul and 300 health absorb over 3 secs lol
I've made it this far so I plan on making it through! I've heard it's the most difficult quest in any Elder Scrolls game so I'll need a bunch of preparation and advice! Abusing strength in alcohol likely won't be enough
@@MickyD it definetly deserves that title, also doesnt help that I was doing a max diff run lol
@@MickyD I have faith in you, my child.
Not a lot of faith, mind you, but faith none-the-less.
So, you serious about that pub offer?
You're after forgettin' to rename this video to add the [Old Series] tag to it, here. And where'd Part 6 end up?
