Mark, as you know I posted a comment when this video was first shown a week ago. I have just watched it again, for the third time! The pin sharp images, the beautiful colours and the piercing eyes of the Ospreys never cease to amaze me. I can honestly say that your images in this video are the most impressive I have ever seen in my life to date (and I am 68 years old). If there is such a thing as images that are truly perfect in every respect, in my opinion, these are them. Outstanding.
Fun to see nests in an actual tree instead of man made platforms as we see so many of around here. Great shots as always, especially the young being tended to by the adults. I also really like the shot of the old, weather beaten bird. A strong willed survivor! Thanks, Mark.

Again, simply stunning images. It takes planning, and knowing your subjects behaviour along with great skill to execute, oh and the equipment helps a little. Best BIF photographer bar none, its unlikely I will ever be able to attend one of your workshops as I live in the UK. That said I have been to Florida on holiday 6 times and also a trip to Sanibel so you never know. If I do I will sure book a space on your workshop. Stay Safe

I just came back from Sanibel and didn't see any Osprey building nests yet.... Is it time for this? I like how you explained the differences between the adults and younger Osprey, amazing difference in the eye colors. Thank you for sharing with us. -Darlayne

Nice shots. I believe u did utilise topaz denoise and sharpening. For bird photography, can you advise the best mode for denoise (balance between denoising and sharpening). We tend to oversharpen making it too unrealistic for wildlife. Thanks again.
How is the activity in mid February I just happen to be staying in your area then. Loved al the shots in the video but the young and family shots, my favorites too!

Great video. Awesome images. I have a question for you if you don’t mind. I have an a73 and an a7R3. This time of year here in Wisconsin the ducks are starting to come in on their migration route. I used to shoot a Canon 7dMk2 and loved it and it’s focus system. I’m having trouble getting consistent shots with the Sony cameras. The lag of the viewfinder makes it difficult to stay on target. The a9 has no blackout and makes it easier to follow subjects moving quickly like ducks in flight. I don’t know if I should get rid of one of my cameras and get the a9 or a7Mk4 or possibly invest in a Nikon d500 or d850. I really love the mirror less Sony’s but love the no lag time of the sale as well. I know you have shot with all of the above mentioned cameras and could use an insight. Thank you.
Great osprey images, as always! When folks look at my fairly decent osprey images and call me an "Osprey Whisperer" I give them Mark's website address. Mark's images of osprey are clearly in a whole different category than most!
