Yes they are still complimentary, and as far as room service, you just have to call and ask what their complimentary breakfast items are rather than choosing from the digital menu. 😊
Carnival has updated their Room Service menu and now charge for most items. However, complimentary continental breakfast items are still available by calling Room Service from your stateroom. You will need to ask what items are available since the continental breakfast items were not listed in the digital Room Service menu during our most recent Carnival cruise.

I love the Glory food, I visit Pizza 🍕 Pirate countless times during my cruises on that ship 🚢
