Great to see Healthy Mommy! I liked learning about how Healthy Dad batch cooks and freezes items. Such a great idea. My morning drink recently has been green tea and ginger tea together. Yum! 🫖
I drink two cups of black tea in the morning. Not just any tea, Harrington’s Scottish breakfast! I have some Scottish ancestry and had great aunts who were very specific about choosing and brewing tea. I don’t remember which tea they used but this tea feels like starting the day with a bit of love from my ancestors. And Emmie, you have the best sayings! I often pause your videos to add another to my list. This time it was “what you eat today, you crave tomorrow.” ❤
I drink water, I take a 32 oz glass jar add about An inch of grape juice fill bottle with water and that's what I drink through out the day. I fast until 1 :30 , 2 pm every day Then eat second meal around 6Pm.
Hi Ladies, you give such hope! I have been plant based for 10 years. But with all the fruit and veg and water I drink, I am up once or twice every night. And I have a full bladder. Is that just a part of thus journey?

@@HealthyEmmie I forgot to say that I microwave it for just a couple of minutes, maybe even a minute, to get it soft first. Although you certainly could mix the raw spiralized zucchini with the pasta as well.
A glass of water and 2 cups of "coffee". I'm trying (and failing) to reduce my coffee consumption. So my morning "coffee" is 1 tsp instant coffee and 1.5 tsp Dandyblend with hot water and unsweetened almond milk.
I’ve heard in your videos that she is supposed to be eating a half cup of soybeans every day but I never see or hear mention of the soybeans in these “what I eat in a day. How do you incorporate the soybeans?

When I want to dilute the calorie density of pasta, I do half pasta and half spiralized zucchini.
