i remember years ago Hulk Hogan was on howard stern talking about his divorce & how his wife never worked a day when they were married, but somehow the judge felt it was fair for hogan to give 70% of his net worth to his wife so she could "maintain her lifestyle" all the while he's paying for his & her attorney fees lol....then to find out that she was spending all the money she got in the settlement on her new 18 year old boyfriend who was a classmate of their daughter back in high school lol...Hulk was on Stern & he was so pissed, he was like "man u know how many chair shots I took to build that house, to give my kids money, & now its all gone." man i felt so bad 4 my man lol....see this is the type of shit that just makes a dude never wanna get married...the justice system does has no care 4 men at all.

...thx man...and another thing...his wife or now his ex wife now has spent all the money she got from the settlement (bc when you've never had to earn money, u have no value for it), her 18 year old bf dumped her, & the house has gone into foreclosure. all the money that hogan wanted to leave to his kids (especially after his son got into a car accident that paralyzed his friend) is gone 4ever...bc the ex wife spent it all on sum 18 year old kid haha..sum mom huh...that goes to show u that the Judge had POOR judgment. i kno hogan is remarried now & i think he does stuff for wwe BUT it just goes to show u that these judges don't make the best decision 4 the situation at hand....they just side with the women & move along. dame dash has said that rachel roy was an intern at rocawear back in the day. I'm guessing at that time she was at fashion school learning how to be a designer so obviously she had sum skill in high fashion design but she wouldn't have the success she has now if she never got with dame. he funded all her projects, making her rich....& now to turn ur back on him is some low down dirty woman shit lol...lets say they absolutely cannot get along, for all he has done 4 u, the least u owe the man is peace of mind. its not like dame isn't a good father....i used to intern at a law firm, my brother, i saw this alllll the time. the man wants to see his kids, the woman doesn't let him just to spite him, chicks wanna get u in trouble just to add another case to take more of ur money BUT ur taking more of the money thats meant 4 the kids!! lol ...all the while the man is paying for his & her attorney fees....the only person winning in this situation are the attorneys bc they profit off of getting a woman so riled up that it clouds her judgment when in MOST CASES the man & the woman could've worked out a deal making their lives MUCH less difficult.

Yo Kenyatta, I been saying that for the past few years. A lot of urban men are TRYING to be good fathers but the mothers and the legal arena systematically prevent that from occurring. And the most egregious thing about it is that it's easy for mothers do some shady things that paint fathers as deadbeats and yet behind the scenes you have a father that is hurting because he sees no real way of being in his kids life. I hope to see more of us fathers continuing to fight for our rights, and I hope that the mothers that know better use their voice to help the fellas two. #AverageIsFailure Peace fam!

Man, I fuck with Dame Dash man! I am so thankful that you have put this topic in the limelight. I'm a black man going through the exact process (in pro per) with a white wife and two school aged children.
Thank god for social media - google for me in particular because unlike any criminal proceedings, in family court, if you don't have the money for a lawyer, you are on your own unless you decide, as I did, to enlightening your self judicial process. I had no choice but to represent myself (in pro per).
After having zero legal experience, I decided to take my own fate into my own hand in representing myself.
I'm a 36 year old man from the east side of Baltimore. In 1995, I literally ran away on my fucking own all the way to westcoast with a mission to try and get a high school diploma.
I went from a environment of predominantly all blacks (BMORE) to a very racially diverse atmosphere (california). Ended up marrying my high school girlfriend (blonde hair, blue eyes) white woman from a very affluent and privileged background. We have two children together and after nearly 20 years of courtship and nearly 10 years married, I am currently going through the divorce process and it has been hell!
From restraining orders to being arrested for three days for nothing! Then released after three days with what they termed a "DA reject". Then as soon as I get. Can back home, all the locks were changed and I was all of a sudden living from my fucking Benz in the middle of Burbank!
All of this begin in September 2013. I am still very much still knee deep in the judicial process and struggling every day!
But I decided to turn this entire process into my full time job since I was the primary caregiver to my kids after deciding to quit my job to do it in 2007!
I have been battling a experienced attorney and have been holding my own! I've been able to get spousal support orders in my favor all because I begin reading each and every law on every single topic, all from basically googling...
It's far from over and I have a battle to fight still, but I had to shout Dame out because he has a voice that has a specific number of listeners which empowers the fuck out of people like me! I love you man, please never change!
I think this is a good video to refer back to and spend your time listening to you can learn a lot who knows maybe when it's time for me to draft up certain things entertainmentwise I can use a paralegal I just never thought of it that way so y'all make sure your support all three of these brothers and all of their endeavors it's positive and that's what we need...

Im glad he brought up those forms. FYI each court form has instructions that are separate from the form itself. So if you goto court and need to fill out a form look on the courts site or ask the clerk for the instructions for the form. Also when filling them out make sure u google the codes and terms u dont understand, so u can understand them fully before turning them in.

These are absolute facts. It's beyond strange taking it from your ex who has completed a complete 180 on you. Additionally I found it unreasonable to throw dirt and make her look bad. You have never loved someone as much as you love your child. It's a racket geared towards the females usually and the last thing you would want is yo chchild to become a child of the state. So if you blow each other up that's a great risk on the child.
the reason the state can regulate your child is because you contracted for "benefits" when you registered (abandoned) your child to the state to be regulated as a ward or insular possession of the state.
