Worked it out, it's in Drop C tuning. Tuning is CGCEGD. The top 3 strings remain open for the whole song pretty much just listen for the strumming pattern. then on the 4th string, starts open then pattern goes 4 5 4 7 10 9 5 all whilst keeping the top 3 strings going. Then the next part (as she sings "maybe you wonder") goes to the 9th fret and comes down to the 7th and 5th again, keeping the top strings strumming open. As she sings "oh lady in blue" goes to the 2nd string 3rd fret and then to the bottom string 5th to open and verse restarts. Hope this helps at all. Is easier to understand once you get the tuning right, just watch her hands in the video if you're at confused by my poorly articulated instruction :')

I think the first string is in D and second in C... The 4th string's also in C. The rest can be standard or something else...but it'll be playable with the above tuning.
