Summary:
Los Angeles singer/songwriter Phoebe Bridgers stopped by the Paste studio on July 31 to perform a few tracks ahead of the release of her debut album, Stranger in the Alps. Bridges started off with "Georgia" from her 2015 EP Killer, then performed her two latest singles, "Smoke Signals" and "Motion Sickness." Stranger in the Alps arrives September 22.

Oh wow yes,...there's nothing better than finding proper real talent on RUclips, someone that puts their emotions into their material and sings from the heart. Absolutely wonderful. It's the kind of music that draws me in as it did when i discovered Lisa Hannigan,...deep meaningful lyrics that builds a picture in your mind. Yes Phoebe,...great music.

not sure about the pedal, but hes playing slide guitar so the pedals probably enhancing the vibrato/glissando effect of the slide
It's a volume pedal, combined to ambient effect pedals, such a beautiful addition to the intensity of Phoebe's voice.
