@@Daniel-ew5qf Well that’s normal, he was a Maiar after all no? Sauron has to be one of the most, if not the most terrifying villains ever created. He can literally see everything he wants to, he can manipulate events and peoples on a grand scale. He's the source of almost all evil in the world he inhabits. He returns time and again after almost everyone in Middle Earth thought he was destroyed. And don't cross him on the battlefield, unless you have Isildur's luck. Only his master, Morgoth, is scarier in that he created and shaped the world to always be corrupt. Effectively, as long as Middle Earth and all its peoples exist, Morgoth will continue to be. The sheer pervasiveness of Morgoth and Sauron in their universe are what make them the truly original Dark Lords.

It's funny, there are dozens of villain designs out there that are meant to harken back to and mimic Sauron's look of "The big bad, black armored, lord of darkness", but the main difference I see, is that most of the designs of all the other villains is that they are built like absolute tanks, but Sauron in comparison is quite slender looking, which I think makes him look more imposing and sinister, the fact that rather than him being bulky and looking like he would just crush your skull with raw strength, he instead appears thinner making him look sharp, agile, and dare I even say, empty almost, because he could still crush your skull with his bare hands, but given his physical build, his ability to do so would have to stem from something greater than just strength, something unnatural and terrifying
Notice that in the books there is no mention of Sauron using a weapon, just his extremely hot hands in the second age, or his fangs when he became a werewolf.
Saurons literally a fallen Angel and very good at organisation and the equipping of large military forces. His real talent though is manipulation and domination of the wills of others as demonstrated through his corruption of elves and the destruction of the Numenorians. We know that Sauron could shape-shift, produce great heat from his body and alter reality through sheer will since he was able to influence both the climate and geography of Mordor on a whim. He is also described as a sorceror of terrible power...so you could assume he has the capabilities to match and surpass feats achieved by the likes of Gandalf and Saruman. So, Sauron vs Voldemort...well Avada Kedavra probably won't work on a non living maia. However, Sauron is vulnerable to being physically overpowered but even that is incredibly risky given his immense physical strength. Voldy could shoot any number of damaging spells but Sauron will probably just tank them all. Voldemort would wear down over time and end up being crushed. Much more likely is that no fight occurs at all and Sauron is able to persuade Voldemort into taking a ring of power which in the long run would net Sauron another Witch-king style minion. As for the Night King...........Sauron is associated physically with producing great heat and is an extremely powerful necromancer in his own right so that negates basically the two trump cards available to the Night King right off the bat. So..Sauron stomps him in short order too.
