I really REALLY enjoy your videos! However, is there any possible way for you to raise the volume? Every video is so very soft and I have such a hard time understanding anything without the use of headphones. This seems to be a problem with these videos only....I would so appreciate your help! The videos themselves are wonderful. I have been an artist/crafter for over 50 years (yes, I'm old) and I so love learning new things - so many videos simply re-hash old techniques over and over again...(again, not bad for someone who is new) but when you've been at this as long as I have, you develop and real appreciation for NEW techniques and content. Thanks again and God Bless.

Have you tried turning on captions in the settings for this video? (I've done that with other videos that had audio at an unusually low volume, and it's worked quite well.) Having captions turned on essentially provides a simultaneous transcript of what's being said, though sometimes specific words are transcribed wrong and you have to guess what's actually being said.☺
