Eve was the ONLY sitcom I wanted to reboot! Now since Janie aka Natalie Diselle Reid passed it would never work without her she was hilarious!
The series creator now does Family Reunion on Netflix. Really funny good show.
Janie (Natalie) was the ice whenever there was fire! She was the mama when everyone else acted like children!
She and Brian made that show. He was so hilarious.

I just binge watched Roc and South Central!!!! Both great series that needed more time. Plus Roc's theme song is a classic :)

@@oreos246 For some reason Everytime I respond the comment is deleted. What I said was there were tons of White shows that were cancelled. They are cancelled for various reasons. None of those reasons is them being popular. These networks only care about one color... Green. If a show makes them money they will keep it on for a long time. Doesn't matter the color of the cast. If that were the case, none of these shows would have been greenlit in the first place. Take the Cosby show, by the last season, the show wasn't making them the same money. It lost viewers, but they still kept it on.
This is the boy who cried wolf. Keep complaining about racism even when there is none. It's so damn weak. These actors on these shows are multi millionaires. Black people are 13% of the population. Unless every Black home watched these shows every week, they couldn't turn a profit.

Brian hooks is waaay underrated and hella intelligent he coulda easily had his own show but to know how humble he is and how he knows how to play his part is gonna land him in a comfortable financial position for a long time

Eve is one of my fav comfort shows i watch till this day . The story lines was on point and all actors was funny. Season 3 should have never been the last season ,Natalie was the truth on that show r.i.p my Louisiana sister.

Eve said that the main reason was her. She said she was young and in her prime. She said she was partying on the weekend. She said she started coming to work late. She really wasn't studying her lines seriously. She thought she could always wing it and improvise. Things began to fall apart for her. She said she should have been more concerned about the other people jobs and careers as well. She learned from her mistakes. Redman and Method man said the same thing as to why they lost their show. They just didn't take the craft seriously. Now Method and Eve are pretty solid actors. Kudos👍
But if watch the show carefully you would not think she did have it together she deliver her lines and did wat was supposed be to be done
I LOVED that show. It seems like Everytime black people attempt to put out positive content it’s crapped on. Even here on YT. Channels with wholesome content get no support, but if something is trash, it’s promoted. It’s sad and discouraging.
