Ol Otis is my favorite of all time
I'm from the DMV like Martin and I've seen these characters that inspired Martin. As a teenager I would go to the Go-Go at the Howard Theater. They had an old head working security who looked and acted just like Otis, thick glasses, high water pants and white sweatsocks! 😂 During the summer when the MCM was popping off in DC, we had some old heads wearing the same short set Jerome wears. The only thing was some of them sported Jeri Curls! 🤣 And like most hoods in America, we had plenty of 'Shanaynay's' on every block.
He made those guys live through him FOREVER... THATS GREAT
