I'm doing a slightly different version of this pattern & I have to say that I honestly wish I'd found yours first. I'd probably be done with the blanket by now instead of having to take out & redo rows. You have clear, easy instructions. I love the patter.

Is it even number of chains + 1 to make an even number of single crochets or even number of chains to have an odd number of single crochets for the foundation row?
In each video, I always write the multiples of the foundation chain, not the stitches. 😊

@@massivecrochet Thank you, I did and it is wonderful. Mine is Hobby Lobby Yarn Bee Soft and sleek Chunky. I wish I had bought Yarn Bee Soft and Sleek Low Pile Fiber but I didn't. I have been using 100% Acrilic and I do not like how the stitches look so I am thrilled to find out about soft cotton.
