Same. Not sure if I should go back or not with the injuries I have but God do I miss it.
@@cjmarsh321 Yeah bro, I stopped partly because of injuries as well. Nothing major, but it was interfering with other hobbies, like playing guitar or drums when I'd hurt my fingers, and would stop me lifting at the gym.
BJJ sparring can be a lot lower impact than randori, lots of people play it lazy to avoid or work around injury

I use minimalist shoes at times. So what is your recommendation for them? I have used Fila Skela-Toes and Whitins. They both seem to do the job.
