Been doing powerlifting for 13 years and just started ju-jitsu and was looking for a program so I didn’t have to compromise weight training in anyway thanks heaps
Tested the app for a month or so just to see what it was like. Really like the way it was setup. Wish there was something similar for conjugate training.
I just registered the app. It's good to make clear that there are two apps in the app store, one for BJJ. Starting the exercises tomorrow (tonight BJJ). Let's go!
Hey Chad and everyone! I had a bad disc herniation in Oct 2020 and I also have Bertoloti syndrome. What made you decide to get your disc surgery? (If it’s the expected answer of consulting your physician that’s fair) I haven’t had full success in getting back to full strength after having traction, pt exercises, Stu McGill exercises, etc
I had already done 2 epidural shots and a year after those, got to the point where I could not sit or stand for more than 2-3 minutes at a time, so surgery was really the only recourse.
Great app. Been using it for a couple months now and it's like I'm back in the DI weight room doing real strength work, with real guidance, really tailored for my sport. I have to ask though - ever consider adding running as an option for us cardio freaks? I like to lift, run long, and do BJJ - can't imagine I'm alone in that.
I had a double microdiscectomy in 2006, and I'm just starting a squatting program - I know this is not a lot of info for such a general question, but any advice for someone starting squatting who's had similar surgery (long ago)?
@@JuggernautTrainingSystems oh, i see now that this is separate from the Powerlifting app. Is that one the same price? I can't see a price on the sales page

Don’t count yourself out just yet, everyone loves a comeback, glad you’re recovering well. Blessings 💪
I love this app, never done a powerlifting program before. I’m glad I chose this to be my first. I go in with confidence every time.
Great to hear!

Thanks!
Just got the app, joined and did the first workout. Killer! Really impressed so far
Thanks
Just started today but I can't seem to find any prescribed rest times.
CWS gonna give us the Jugg A.I. Booty Building App.

Because of the hoodie, I'm not sure - did you do High Bar or Low Bar in that movie?
If I had to put a name on it, low bar but its largely a pointless distinction.
@@JuggernautTrainingSystems thanks I asked because you look quite upright, I saw people doing front squat with a more sloped torso 😅

Thanks. Yea that'll probably happen down the road
@@JuggernautTrainingSystems You're a boss.
I have been using it for two weeks now, and enjoy it (42 years old 4 kids and still able to get a day in the week for BJJ).
Glad to hear it!
Can we get a similar explanation video for the strength program?
Yea I can do that

Start slow. Learn to brace properly. If you have a day where you’re feeling off, don’t hesitate to make adjustments to your plan for the day
How much per month or per year for the training app?
$20/month. All info is at: www.juggernautbjj.app/
@@JuggernautTrainingSystems in euro's it's 20,99. Somebody did some wrong calculations.
In the app store/google play store, those international calculations are applied automatically by Apple/Google, not by us.
@@JuggernautTrainingSystems No problem!
