The Breakdown Podcast Ep7 - Miss Anxiety talks Emetophobia & GAD

Miss Anxiety first experienced mental health issues from the age of 10 years old, initially with emetophobia which began after a family illness. In this podcast we discuss the onset of emetophobia, an eating disorder, generalised anxiety disorder and the process of recovery including the less well known humanistic integrative therapy.
Beth from Miss Anxiety developed Anorexia, Emetophobia & GAD (Generalised Anxiety Disorder) from an early age - after learning more about these conditions during her time spent in recovery, she has become passionate about spreading awareness and the idea that mental illness does not spell "the end".
