The whopper plopper is great! It’ll depend though because it’s used by everyone and their dog, so in a lot of places it won’t be as effective as it used to be
here lately with the bluebird skies we've had all week, even on the windy days i've struggled to catch on any flashy or loud lures, I tied on a 3/16 oz jighead with a 3.5" 6th sense whale swimbait i'd picked up the day before and caught a handful of every type of bass my lake has to offer, 6 white bass, 4 smallmouth, and 8 largemouth. one of the smallmouth was my PB smallmouth at just under 4 pounds too. I think i'm going to give the jighead swimbait more love over the next year, I spent most of this year throwing senkos, chatterbaits, or spinner baits with a healthy dose of frogging and walking bait action too. sometimes the simplest techniques can work great and be a ton of fun too.
I went to a big lake and caught nothing with my hard bait even though there were tons of bass jumping so when I changed my bait to live small minnow first cast I caught a bass😂
OK, we get it. Sanos are good but chill out. It depends how you’re rigging them. That wacky rig is just kind of disappointing. In my opinion but you’re right those are the goat
@@RailWatchingwhacky rig , tends to do the job for me.. when all my other lures fail me , Whacky Rig Is go to and it seems to catch the All Bass In My Area!
Your forgetting about the elusive whopper plopper

It gets bitttt

That megabass spinner looks dope
6th sense
The best choice for all year is the drop shot ngl bc it’s slow to fish and bluegill and bass both love it
My favorite fall baits are Flat Sided Crankbaits and Suspending Jerkbaits.
Bro thank god, i found this vid bc ive been strugglingto catchfish in fall
Oh ya definitely going to throw those 👍
spinnerbait for sure so great and kvd loves to fish them
The only thing they hit today was a swim jig , and a spinner bait . I tried probably 8 or 9 lures
I would go ; Soft Plastic underspin , crankbait , buzzbait w/ Trailer , spinner bait , Whacky Rig / Texas Rig . 🔥💪🏻💯
Crank baits never fail for me, mainly crawdad and perch colors
I would go with the good ol shiners
realistic rubber swim shad is insane
Black and dark blue chatter bait with the same color trail
A white frog in hay grass got me 16lbs on the first weekend of October in Texas
Jerk bait is my favorite fall lure
Long curly tail worms work the best
I've been catching them on a cralws withba weighted texas rig
What's the jointed trailer on the chatterbait?
The red eye shad goes hard in the fall
I went to a big lake and caught nothing with my hard bait even though there were tons of bass jumping so when I changed my bait to live small minnow first cast I caught a bass😂
Good video!! I needed to know this
I caught my first day of the year on a spinner bait early spring
People always say chatters and buzz baits go through grass with no problem and that might be the biggest gas lighting in fishing
If you take a spinnerbait and add a trailer it is so effective put on fish
Gotta use the wacky rig or a tiny torpedo that’s all I can catch them on 😂
Really? I got a tiny torpedo and was really disappointed, haven’t taken it out since :(
If they’re hitting top water it slaps but then again I’m fishing in a small pond where they’ll hit almost anything 😂
To worms or soft plastics work good in fall
The top water frog
For pike whopper plopper or chatterbait
Dont forget the inline spinner. Ive always had good luck with those for pike
Ought my first chatter bait and lost it 2-3 casts in 😅
i like different colored senkos just way to good at getting those bass
Would rooster tails work?😊
probably
Thanks
Me sitting in 97 degree weather in texas:
Does rooster tail work
So much heat
I think whopper plopper or soft plastic yum craw with a bullet weight
Wow 🤩 you just mimicked every other fishing channel on RUclips.
Fantastic job ✅
I cought a bass on a whopper plopper yesterday In a shallow pond
Underspin, hard jerkbait, soft jerkbait, spinnerbait, plopper
Big glide baits
its snowing in utah 😭😭😭
Day 1 of asking for a boat tour
Spoons do it best
Chatterbaits swim jigs football jigs and soft plastic swimbaits
Top water
I was throwing a whopper plopper yesterday and I caught a rock bass💀
I’m sorry but my whopper plopper does so good in the fall I caught 6 fish in one hour
Bro it's almost Christmas 😭
falls running late to never in Arizona ...lol
I tried a crankbait around the entire pond, caught nothing but grass didn’t even get a bite, bummed
October was good even early November but that bite has gone for me now
I caught my pb on a swimbait
We wrecked em on frogs
Bruh, first bait u say is a spinnerbait and my dumba$$ sold all mine to my buddy for like 60 bucks like 3 weeks ago.
Broooooo why?!?!
Bro weighted swimbaits (prerigged)
What about a jerbait
Senko?
SENKOS FOR LIFE
OK, we get it. Sanos are good but chill out. It depends how you’re rigging them. That wacky rig is just kind of disappointing. In my opinion but you’re right those are the goat

You mean I can’t use my buzzbait😢
Yesss you can!
Ned right

Bro only catches dinks😂
Weighted treble hook always lands me a ton of bass year round
