You sir know what HIIT means unlike the many deceiving "HIIT 1000 calorie" workouts flooded on RUclips. I cannot run right now (long distance runner for the last 7 years) and I was searching all over for an intense workout to bring my heart rate up and ultimately get some endorphins like I did from running. I found your channel and this video and I am so grateful and glad I did. I felt challenged. Very dynamic, very fast, very difficult, but rewarding. You target many muscle groups (love that) include a warm up and cool down not to mention a quick engaging core workout in the end. I cannot thank you enough. You deserve more views. I used to do this workout (almost) weekly an year ago and almost remembered every move automaticly, this was my favorite workout of all time. Then I tried to do other workouts and none of them made me feel as strong and sweaty as this one right here! Now after a loooong break I did this workout and MAN it makes me feel alive again!! Thank you SO MUCH, Hoy! Love your energy and attitude! I still cannot get over for those "WOOOOH"s, makes me want to scream with you 😂👍

It was amazing because they hit full body but weren't that long, and they had a lovely timer bar set up which counted down and showed you how long left. Have you removed these from RUclips?
