The 1hr went by faster than i thought possible! 44f, 186lbs, used 15lb most of the time, 20lb a few times and 10lb a few times. Burned 600 cal! Awesome! Thanks!
Truth be told, we might get there in time. I created nearly 300 new exercises in preparation for the two that were made and I've only used about 80 or 90 of them between the two. You all are feeling them so I'll be sure to do more 👌👊❤️

thanks a lot for this different kind of workout. I was a little tired of burpies, highknees or pumps , so efficient but so hard for me, but I didn't want a pure strenght session...so it was perfect with exercices that i am not used to do even if i follow different channels, beacause they all have their own way of work..This session was funny for me and almost (too) easy....but tisi morning i felt in my leggs something that told me I really did work a lot, used different ressources ....the rythm was really fun and easy to follow,melting cardio to strenth ...i added some cardio with jumps when it was possible , thank you for this creative work !

I love this wk out. Especially today , because I sprang my ankle really bad yesterday and with no jumping I did this whole wk out and got my fist pump... BOOM😊
BOOM! 👊🏾❤️ I have to say I loved everything about this workout (all of your workouts, I've got some catching up to do lol) but my faves in this one were the alt kicks and butt kicks because I have to fight for balance. Also I started to feel my abs kicking in with the chops/swings and snatches which was new to me. Like you say, it all adds up! Thanks so much! See you next week!

Hello hello! Great workout! Happy Friday! This was great. I love all standing workout with weights. No repeats. I didn't burn a thousand calories. I burned 730 as I had to modify some things. It's still got a great workout and a great sweat. Thank you for your channel
