    I can’t wait to do this today after work.
    UPDATE: I could only do 23 minutes. Another channel was my favorite workout channel. This is my new favorite exercise channel. I love everything about it!

    This was intense! Absolutely loved it! I’m a 30yr old 160lb woman , no mods, used a 10lb weight and I burned 652 cals. 💪 This was a sweaty fun workout 😅👊

    These are my favorite! I'm a 39 yo mom of 4 and CRAVE weights workouts but am often too wiped or in pain to do all the jumping. Keep these types coming, please!

    The 1hr went by faster than i thought possible! 44f, 186lbs, used 15lb most of the time, 20lb a few times and 10lb a few times. Burned 600 cal! Awesome! Thanks!

    I won't be mad if you made a mini series of this style of workout.
    Maybe 7 totaling 45 minutes would be perfect and appreciated.

      Truth be told, we might get there in time. I created nearly 300 new exercises in preparation for the two that were made and I've only used about 80 or 90 of them between the two. You all are feeling them so I'll be sure to do more 👌👊❤️

    Yes! I loved the last one dumbbell workout and was happy to do this one. One hour no repeat is amazing! Loved all the core work with all the twisting. I also liked that tornado pass press move. Got cardio in with the shuffle and pedal moves. Thanks so much for your efforts to film this. Good luck on the move!

    I’m seeing fast result with your HIIT routines. Of course I watch what I eat but the training is making me look slimmer. Second time doing this routine and it made me stronger.

    thanks a lot for this different kind of workout. I was a little tired of burpies, highknees or pumps , so efficient but so hard for me, but I didn't want a pure strenght session...so it was perfect with exercices that i am not used to do even if i follow different channels, beacause they all have their own way of work..This session was funny for me and almost (too) easy....but tisi morning i felt in my leggs something that told me I really did work a lot, used different ressources ....the rythm was really fun and easy to follow,melting cardio to strenth ...i added some cardio with jumps when it was possible , thank you for this creative work !

    After doing this workout a few times (because it's tboat!) I decided my favorite move is the Twist Tap High Pull Squats, followed by the Tornado Pass Press👍 Thanks again for making us this amazing workout!

    Thought I give your workout a try. No regrets whatsoever. You are ace. Cardio and weight without jumping.? Now, that’s my type of workout for an older person. Lighter weight and not as fast , but sweating by the end. Thank you

    BOOM! 👊🏾❤️ I have to say I loved everything about this workout (all of your workouts, I've got some catching up to do lol) but my faves in this one were the alt kicks and butt kicks because I have to fight for balance. Also I started to feel my abs kicking in with the chops/swings and snatches which was new to me. Like you say, it all adds up! Thanks so much! See you next week!

    When I tell you, I was dripping with sweat...woahh. I did the 1st one dumbell workout amd I'm glad I complete this one...the rest time was too short for me but I still took my breaks and made it to the end. Thank youuu
