I haven't watched the full video yet, but i would also like for there to be character interactions, somewhat similar to zenless zero zone. I feel like it would make you a little more immersed, and it would feel like the character actually exists in that world. The only character that has something like that is the shorekeeper, and yet i dont think you can interact with her. Edit. I saw your point.
