1.) My mind has just been blown by the first 60 seconds of that video.
How do I go about finding such patterns as you used? Is there a search term for this?
2.) This method where you take a picture, like the waterfall, and basically use it as some sort of a stamp/ only project part of it onto the picture, how is that method called?
3.)Also, I see you use some assets, are these from a kit or your personal library?

1) 3) This is free stuff from sketchfab.com.
2) This is the blend mode of the "Lighten" layer. Learn the photobash technique, it is not difficult and there are many lessons on RUclips.

Hey man great stuff. How you add that fog? I use principle volume in box but it doesn't look similar

Thank you! Just add a "color ramp" between "principle volume" and main node and change the value. And add a little bit emission in principle volume node
