    I was skeptical about medical medium because how could one guy know everything about health & diet? But then I actually looked into his info myself…. Started listening to his podcasts daily, went really deep into his info to only find out that I had to humble myself immediately. His info is beyond this current paradigm of health & diet - it’s legit decades ahead of modern science. But one can only truly figure this out if they dived deep into his info and heard him talk about it himself. He’s spoken to tons of doctors and other certified people in the health industry. Everything in his podcasts and books speaks for itself.
    Edit: Almost forgot to mention the tens of thousands of people he’s helped heal completely from chronic illness. His info speaks for itself because it helps people heal completely from their chronic illness. He’s also around 64 in age… your diet reflects how your skin looks and how you function. Medical medium looks young, radiant and full of life.
    So to everyone who is skeptical like I was - don’t judge medical medium until you’ve listened to his podcasts and read his books 🤗 humble yourself please. ❤️

    One thing i noticed about skin problems like eczema sebo or psoriasis in people, is that it clears up with sunlight
    As humans we are not supposed to be living indoors 24/7 as we do now

      It's not that simple, man. I've gotten plenty of sunlight in my life and it definitely didn't clear up my chronic eczema. I also had it from the age of 1 years old. There's clearly a factor of toxic pollutants in the body that need to be cleansed out... because when you cleanse them properly and intelligently, the symptoms go away for good.

    Can you tell if this is too much heavy nutrients of protein, so in a day all of these in tablespoons
    2 chia seed, 2 hemp seeds, 6 nuts, 2 pumpkin seeds, 1,5 of 100 percent cocoa and around 250 grams of gluten free grains and things like lentils, oats, buckwheat, peas.

    This is the most intriguing video I've seen of yours. I'm going to have to experiment with this. Never heard of this guy Anthony Williams. It's crazy how much of the mainstream health science we've been taught is just flat out wrong. That being said, I thinks it's important to remember that we all have different food needs. Listen to your body people. My uncle is the most vegan in my family, yet he also has the worst health even though he's the youngest of 6 surviving siblings. Also another perhaps cutting edge theory is that your spiritual vibration effects your dietary needs. So the higher you vibrate, the more vegan your needs are. And the lower you vibrate, the more meat you need.

    • @AdamMiceli
      @AdamMiceli  16 дней назад +1

      Cool, man! It's important to note that "listen to your body" can be very misleading because our bodies are conditioned by decades of habits... and ouur microbiomes get used to eating certain foods. Your body might HATE celery juice on the first day... only to start craving it after a month. Plus, being vegan doesn't mean you are cleansing toxins and viruses out of your insides. There's an intelligent way to do this whole thing... that's why Anthony William brings us these books.

    You could argue that building unnecessary amount of muscles for aesthetics is unnatural, and animal based sources of protein induce chronic illness, but to maximise muscle growth a certain amount of protein is needed, to say the opposite is actually misleading and there is tons of proof is just ridiculous to say otherwise.

      @@imhngryglaworker6779 What if their physique would be stronger if they didn't eat that much protein? Most bodybuilders don't even consider the paradigm that they don't need that much protein. it's a default position that is assumed right from the beginning. Anthony William says that the reason why you build muslce on high protein diets is because you're still getting some carbs and mineral salts whether you like it or not. Plus, a "strong physique" gives no hint to the health of their liver, brain, gut, and other things. You can have a "strong physique" and still have diarrhea, asthma, eczema, etc.

    I can certainly understand the logic behind how fruits just taste good so therefore we’re biologically predisposed to want to eat them, but I’m not “yet” convinced of the same for most vegetables. I personally like Brussels sprouts when they are roasted, but they just don’t taste very nice to me otherwise.

    • @AdamMiceli

      Your sense of taste is subject to change after you change your diet. Your gut bacteria dictates what you think tastes good or not. Give it time... and you'll start to like those foods that you normally don't.
