    press power buttom during 5 seconds and the vacuum connects to router, I have had same issue and it work ok after press power buttom. The question is why the vacuum is in offline mode? No idea, in my case the vacuum was cleaning the house and after 11 min. cleaning it stopped and change to offline mode.

    My Xiaomi S10 is not working. I can't get anything done with maps. Everytime I want to do something with maps or restricted walls nothing happens except that the app says "Poor Connection try again later". After two days I went to exchange it for another Xiaomi S10 but it does exactly the same thing. All that works correctly is "Docking" and "Start Cleaning". When pushing "Start Cleaning" it tries to clean the whole house until the battery runs out halfway through and then docks to recharge. After it's fully charged and you take it off pause it just starts cleaning from the beginning again and never gets to the rest of the house. This Xiaomi S10 vacuum cleaner is useless. It seems as if the app is not compatible with the vacuum cleaner. I see everywhere on the internet that clients are not getting their Xiaomi vacuum cleaners connected to their Wi-Fi. The booklet you get with it has no information on how to work the app. There is also nowhere in South Africa to call or email for support or guidance. Would not recommend this vacuum cleaner to anyone.

    Hold on return button and stop button 3 sec and reset the network

    I solved this issue reseting the robot: press and hold home button for 5 seconds. Release the button. Press and hold it again for another five seconds. It worked for me.

    I had the same issue.....solution was a new battery!! Started working again without having to redo the setup...map and settings were still there.

    Same thing here. Tried everything I've seen online, no luck. There is an hidden usb port supposed to let you flash the device but i can't find anything on that topic.

    Hello!
    I had the same issue, my vacuum stoped working for many days, after all, I decided to change the wifi name and password, thereafter press the reset button of my vaccum and set again the vacuum in my cellphone. Now its working as always.

    Cihazı standdan uzaklaştırıp kapatın. Tekrar açınca problem düzeldi. Bendeki cihaz vacuum mop pro. (kapatmak için açma/kapama tuşuna basılı tutmak gerek) / take the device away from the dock and after that turn it off (push long the power button) after that turn it on. İt will be fixed. My device is vacuum mop pro.

    Got a solution that works for me.
    1. Reboot app on phone
    2. Press reset on the wacom cleaner, clear wifi
    3. find cleaner on phone
    4. Reconnect to phone it app will send wifi instructions to the cleaner
    5. online again, and working
