Mi robot vacuum-mop battery repair

We got our hands on a robotic vacuum cleaner that worked for a few seconds and suddenly stopped working. We did basic battery measurements and a battery disassembly test. The cause of the failure is unknown. Thank you for your support and your time

When replacing batteries, will the battery controller be blocked? Did you flash the battery controller after replacing?

Hi, needing your help to identify the problem of my mijia 1c. It seems fine charging. I use it often and it's good. Then when I charge the robot i don't know if the battery is full or not, the robot will go into hibernation. I thought it's hibernating but when I look at the app it says offline. So I press the power button but no response. I put it out and put it back to the charging station still no response. No light nothing. The charging dock is ok, tested with multitester. I unplugged the battery and plug it back it worked already. But after 2 cycle pf charging, it happened again. I need to unplug and plug the battery again. What do you think could possibly the issue? Thank you

@@dalibor1504 so this is the update, the reason behind why the robot turned off is because it's always blackout in my country. Once there's no electricity in charger, the robot will automatically turn off after period of time. Now I tried turning the robot off manually but I cannot turn it on again. I need to pull out ans put back in the battery and it will automatically turn on. So the problem is the turning on. It won't turn on once it is off, even in the charging dock it doesn't turn on.
So my plan right now is to make a switch from the battery wire. When the robot turns off, I will switch (no contact) from the battery and switch again (contact) from the battery to turn it back on. What do you think? It may have been a motherboard issue but I'm new to electronics and I can't see visibly where the problem is.

@@dalibor1504 You measured the volt value of the charging station as 4v, but it says 19.8v in the product specifications. Doesn't having 4v indicate it's a problem?

@@ElektroTech84 For safety in front of the robot connected to the charging dock, the voltage is 4V.After connecting to the dock, the voltage rises to 19.8V
