Because Indian media and Indian politicians are continuously moving focus from Indian progress towards Pakistan's internal or external affairs. Radicalization is much more an issue for India know. Pakistan a country with decades of war and economic unitability. Pakistan's problems and issues whether internal or external are very clear. PTM the members of which gave Pakistan to Azad Kasmir. Pakistan is the buffer zone between mujahedeen and India. Indian media is so much focused on Pakistan they have no clue what's their International polices are how badly they are failing in foreign affairs. It seems like they are paid by the Western to maintain discoordination in South Asia rather letting India its self-take the leadership and coordination in the region
