EVA air is SO underrated!! The staff are so friendly and the service is excellent. Much better than BA where the flight attendants just bark at you after you politely ask for a cup of water

I love youre videos cause it makes me feel I can go on all those flights I can only dream about doing for real. I have been interested in aircrafts and airports since childhood but I have never flew first or business class for real.
If I can make a wish it would be to see more about the airports and its infrastructure as well. Like walkthroughs and behind the scenes videos. Maybe some videos showing the opening of the latest terminals and runways out there?
Cause for me airports are as important to the flying experience as the aircrafts are.

I think Taipei international is among the most beautiful airports in the world. The people there are wonderful.

MojaveDan: No ..I don't think so. The waiting rooms for passengers are in big holes like bomb craters with glass windows surround them. Really stuffy and it smells fresh paint as every thing is painted in green: walls and floors

hi sam im from colombia, when you fly in avianca 787 from madrid to bogota i was on that plane i was like ooo myy goddddddd SAM CHUIIII but the FA dont let me get in the business class cabin. :( however im looking forward to see you soon on an other flight and better if is in colombia in Avianca, thank youuuuuuu soooo muchhhhh for your videos i really enjoy evrey friday to see it.

The food service on EvaAir was really great, the warm welcoming and hospitality were good.
I went from Busan, South Korea to Osaka, Japan on Peach fly on 30th of October 2013 and I think I were the first Saudi guy to try Peach fly.
I hope you try it and give us your opinion.

We always fly with EVA Air from Amsterdam to Bangkok in the Premium economy class. For us it is the best Airline in the World with excellent Service and a very Friendly staff. The Food on board is of good quality and we hope on our Nest flicht to fly with the new 787.
Once again, the most AMAZING *Aviation dude* has once published an astonishing trip report. I think Eva Air has a product definitely worth trying especially the good cuisine served onboard. I think the price for the Business class seat is worth it as you get so much privelages with it already *not to mention cuisine* And the friendly crew! Thank You SO MUCH *Sam* for publishing this once great and amazing video all for us fans and avgeeks of all kind.

I super love EVA Air! I have flown 2 round trips with them North America-Asia flights. They don't fake inflight service at all and I have only tried their Economy class. The FAs are really outstanding. Couldn't rate them less than other carriers.

I flew Eva from Heathrow to Bangkok on there 777. Could not fault them at all. The staff are so friendly food was amazing.

Btw its the soup filled dimsum right?!
There are lard inside the xialongbao which will melt when heated like butter, and it'll mix with the juice flowing out the dumpling content, making the dimsum very juicy.
You should eat the dimsum in short time after it's cooked or the skin will be very easy to break after it absorbed too much "soup".

What a big contrast to China Airlines, another Taiwanese airline. Eva shows us what is the real Taiwanese quality!
They should stop serving Chinese food like Steamed bun though, it is too Chinese. An independent Taiwan needs to ditch her outdated Chinese cultural roots.

Please learn and practice the correct way to hold the chopsticks and take up the XLB challenge again. 😅
Check again how the chopsticks were held.
Use the spoon to pick up XLB with chopsticks as help only. The key is to catch the meat juice in the spoon no matter what. Drink the meat juice first, and worry about picking up the XLB later. After you sip the juice from the XLB, then you can continue your fight with picking up the rest of the XLB. I saw him had actually already gotten some juice, and he dumped it into the ginger and sauce tray in order to pick up the XLB!!! I was so .... for his wasting of those meat juice. I think the lady was feeling the same way, so sh brought another order for him.
I know the XLB would break any way. I am very experienced in breaking the XLB skins, so I know how to get around that.

I love EVA... every time I travel with them back to my second home of Taiwan in their 77W, it's just an all-around amazing experience, whatever airport I'm flying from (SFO or JFK, etc). I hope I can take a ride in their 789 soon! lucky you :)
