    I have never been told about my lymphatic system evn by my non conventional doctors. I do have RA.

      I actually take my shower head and put it on a more narrow stream and use it to drain and move lymph.

    I’m grateful for this information. This makes perfect sense and I relate. I wake up feeling like the Tin Man, my doctor says I’m just fat. Makes sense the Rheumatologist said I didn’t have arthritis it just feels like I do.

      Also, lymph stagnant can cause weight gain so if you get that in order thale weight might drop on its own! Best of luck to you 💪🏻

      Also Rebounding helps big time with lymphatic system and very easy

    My niece has a very complicated breast cancer. Is it ok to do the big six or not. I was thinking that it maybe ok to do the collar bone and neck area to keep that freed up Thank you
