- Bought a wheel loader from China. Have I gone completely crazy or can it be a good deal?
Why did I get a Kima 15 wheel loader from China?
Have for about 1.5 years been looking for a wheel loader. Here in Sweden they are either completely run out or really expensive.
Suddenly stumbling on someone who wrote about Chinese wheel loaders on a forum. Realizing that a completely now machine would be within my budget. I was very hesitant and started to read all the threads I could find about Chines loader. Are they rubbish and just problems? Or are they quite ok for someone not work with it, that will use it every now and then at the homestead?

Would be nice to get a bit of kit like this in the USA. A big name wheel loader like this might be four times the price or more.

I thought the video was really well presented, informative and in a simple, straightforward way.... just the sort of videos I appreciate. I have to say that I stumbled on the video by accident & couldn't believe that a machine like that could possibly be bought new for $16,500 I was amazed!.... but I have to ask, having owned & worked it until today, have you had any issues with it? I appreciate you have a dealer or more in Sweden & parts are available or can be obtained fairly easily. For me, the reliability of the unit is of greater concern. Having seen it, I'd like to get one... but I'm in the USA & will have to find out about shipping & import duties at this end. Keep up the good work & stay safe.

I know its been a year but I'm kind of jealous. No Kima dealerships or resellers in the US that i have been able to find. But even if they charged 25,000$US it would be a great deal!

got ajcb 412 loader here its a 1993 model so not new by any means but it is a very usefull machine around the farm .......out of action due to a wiring loom fire at the moment and i miss it daily ............

Articulating ,is called universally when Machinery Turns in the Center of Machinery. Hope you have good Long time Experience with your huge cab loader.

3,300 pounds sounded light, so I checked the manufacturer's website. They say 3,900 kg, 8,600 pounds. Close to 4 tonnes.😢

I've seen a few of these loaders on RUclips...all seem to say you get more than you pay for...which includes some issues. But since they are made from off the shelf parts, if you are a bit mechanically inclined, it helps. The number one thing with these loaders...if you have a heated shop in winter...water gets into everything...all the electrical connections need to be wrapped and the linkages well lubed.

How is the transmission if you have really hard use with rocky or heavy material?
I have nor run some much heavy things like rocks, most logs and some gravel. It is not a speede macin but it get the job don.

Very tempting price. Time will tell on the reliability. I had a bad experience with a cheap Chinese chain saw and avoid Chinese products, not least because of covid.

It's worked great so far. The part is no problem I live 30 minutes from the Swedish dealer. If he doesn't have parts home its 7-10 days delivery from china.

I live 30 minutes from the Swedish dealer, if he don’t have the parts it takes about 5-10 days from China. But the machine is really simple built with standard parts I can find all over. I’m still really happy with it. :)

Jag är fortfarande supernöjd och fungerar över alla mina förväntningar om jag skall vara ärlig. Varit på några långturer och helt ok till det även om den inte går speciellt fort :) sedan är det ingen maskin jag skulle vilja köra 8h om dagen. Men som gårdsfastigheten är den kanon

Övervägde du någon av de andra Kinamaskinerna, typ Everun? Eller varför fastnade du för Kima?
Tja såg ditt svar nu. Jo vägde mellan everun 416 och kima15. Att det föll på kima beror mycket på tillbehören som ingick i grundpriset vilket gjorde kiman så mycket billigare. Sedan har ju everun vissa fördelar. Men är supernöjd och känns fortfarande som jag gjorde rätt val. Skönt också att ha återförsäljaren 30 min bort.
Any problems so far with the loader.Thinking of getting one with the Xinchai engine.
No problems so far. It feels like good engine, only thing it’s requires little more frequent oil change.
Why the frequent oil change at how many Hrs?

Yes it’s have been around -10C now for 2-3 weeks and it worked flawless. I haven’t tested to tow with it. But guess smaller load will work fine but I don’t think 10ton behinds is a smart move :)

I have heat, but no A/C. In Sweden max speed is about 15mph, I don't know if it's different in other countries. Yes it have 2 speed.

I bought it from Swedish retailers. so nothing strange at all. guess you can buy the same machine directly from china for around 10-12K. Check on alibaba.com for miniloader or wheel loader. know many who import machines themselves.

How about your local Service and or Parts Network and are Mechatronic mechanics Familiar with this type of Foreign Equipment ? , you could run into Seveir Downtime Problems After Sales with the Chinese Product .
No problems with parts. 80% is standard things available everywhere. The rest I get from my local dealer about 30 min from me. I think he have sold these machines for over 10 years. He has many spare parts in stock. if he needs to order, it usually takes 7-10 days to get them from China. which is totally ok for me
